Service was absolutely terrible. Over charged on labor while cutting corners. Told me my engine “kinda failed” the block test after my engine overheated due to water pump and drive b Over charged on labor while cutting corners. Told me my engine “kinda failed” the block test after my engine overheated due to water pump and drive belt going out. Refused to put it in writing that the block test failed (kinda failed). Jordan lamb was the service advisor, wouldn’t help, patronized me about “book times” and technicians tools being expensive. Wouldn’t provide block test results, just said “it should be fine, kinda failing is normal”. Spoke to service manager, he did all the same things as Jordan, but he looked at the tech notes and said that the results weren’t listed only “needs a retest”! They could keep my vehicle for another 5 days (already had it for 10 days, and they could ask the technician (because he was conveniently not working). And the manager PROMISED he would call me first thing Monday morning (over 1 week ago). Never heard from them, never got a survey emailed to me for my experience. Left a google review to get a “we will look into it” (4 days ago without further contact). Run as far as you can from this dealership. You aren’t safe after they have touched your vehicle. They just prep it to guarantee more trips to the service bay. I’ll be contacting MOPAR next, they should know how they are serving Jeeps. More

This service is awful. When I went to book my service I was told they don't provide a vehicle for the customer if you have to drop off your car. When I booked I was told they would have me truck for a few days. I booked a rental for 3 days to have transportation back and forth to work. When I went to drop off my truck I asked the service tech if I would get my car on Saturday. He said no! The diagnostic would be at least 14 days. Who can leave a car and pay for rental for 14 plus days? I didn't drop my car off and I will not return to this place More
