Bought a brand new vehicle about a month ago. I feel like it drives a little strange, so I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. I wish I could select less than one star. Horrible service experience here. They've had my truck for seven weeks at this point, and work hasn't even started. They don't have enough techs, enough service advisors, enough anything except sales as far as I can tell. The service advisors are constantly turning over. I paid for Lifetime MaxCare from RAM. Total waste at least through this dealership. Previous owners at least offered a loaner. I'm over $2500 into a rental at this point and still going. These owners are the absolute worth, they clearly don't have the knowledge to run a dealership well. I may to file a lawsuit to get my truck back at this point, this is totally ridiculous. More
I made an appointment for my 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer for warranty work needing performed.. I arrived a day early for the 7am appointment and was informed a "CALL CENTER" makes the appointments and my v for warranty work needing performed.. I arrived a day early for the 7am appointment and was informed a "CALL CENTER" makes the appointments and my vehicle could sit up to 2 weeks before anyone even looked at it!!! After conversation with the service writer he promised to get it in sooner. 11 days after drop off I received a text that a tech was assigned to my car. Every time I call I sit on hold at least 20 plus minutes and Im at the end of my patience with this outfit!!! I MADE A MISTAKE PAYING $118,000.00 FOR A JEEP!!! More
I brought my into the Denton Texas dealership with a scheduled appointment on 02/21/2023 at 9:00 am. On 02/21/2023, I was never notified of the status of my car. On 02/22/2023. I was put on hold a total of 38 minutes between the five times that I attempted to get a status on my car. One call, I left a voice mail. One call I was put on hold for 10 minutes with no pick -up. One call, I spoke with Gordan who told me that he did not know the status because everybody had gone home for the day. He told me that he would call me the next morning (02/23) and expedite the service on my car. On 02/23, no call from Gordan. Called and left a message with Marilinda, who never returned my call until 1:30 when I called again and spoke to her. She made excuses that the service center was backed-up. I explained that I had a confirmed appointment and my car should have been completed in a reasonable amount of time. She told me that it would be done by the end of business day and that I would be notified. 5:00 PM, no call. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve and after 15 minutes on hold, I was finally told that the service was complete, well past the end of a business' day. I am unable to retrieve my car after 5:00 pm, so this extended the time the dealer had my car for a total of FOUR days for a 15 minute repair. In addition to my numerous phone calls, my mechanic was also calling and complaining about the last of communication and lack of response on a scheduled appointment. She also spoke with Peter Smith at the dealership, who did nothing to resolve the situation. More
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership service department. I wouldn’t even know where to begin…my car was there for a month and no service was performed. They can provide plenty of excuses as to why they can’t do it, instead of making the effort to actually get the work done. I had to call Jeep corporate and open a case. This was WARRANTY work and the warranty company APPROVED the work, but the dealership just ordered the part, did nothing, then closed the claim and sent me to another dealership. Save your time, take your car ANYWHERE but Denton. More
