I had a recall on my f250, from the initial call to schedule my service appointment they were very accommodating. I was able to drop off my truck as scheduled and I asked the to fix three other small i schedule my service appointment they were very accommodating. My truck was there all day because I had an engine light keep coming on. They said it would take all day for a diagnostic. At 3:00 I saw my phone had a text message saying text us any time for updates. I cl keep coming on. They said it would take all day for a diagnostic. At 3:00 I saw my phone had a text message saying text us any time for updates. I clicked and he still said arrived. So I text back which they replied oh it’s all set you can pick it up. After a $55 uber turns out it wasn’t. At about 5:30 it was done and all they said it must of been “a one off”. The light has been turning on an off for over a month. So all day for a diagnostic and nothing was wrong. xxx More
