Worst experienced ever! I bought a used two-year-old vehicle when driving it off the lot the engine light and service lights came on. They’ve had the vehicle for 2 1/2 months and are still unable to fix vehicle when driving it off the lot the engine light and service lights came on. They’ve had the vehicle for 2 1/2 months and are still unable to fix. I found out I cannot return it and they will not work with me on getting a new vehicle. Please do not ever buy a vehicle from them they will screw you over as well I have paid two months on this vehicle and I have only had it in my possession for less than a week. More

Scheduled an appointment last week to have accessories installed was told that it won't take more than one hour got to appointment and told it would be 2 hours called 3 hours later and service manager at installed was told that it won't take more than one hour got to appointment and told it would be 2 hours called 3 hours later and service manager at lunch called back hour later they couldn't find the service manager called again another hour later and service manager still wasn't around went to the dealer after 6 hours told van ready but they had problems told them they should've called, got home and inspected work and found one window shade not put on like other side but biggest problem was rear mudflaps were only partly attached and they had cut a chunk out to get them to fit parts were ordered thru their parts department took a week longer to get than told looked up on Ford website and can see that the mudflaps were not installed correctly currently the first real snowstorm will rip these off these rear mudflaps cost $90 if they were the wrong ones than service should have called us and parts made to get the right ones this is infuriating as we already had to wait 8 months to get this van More
After trying to schedule an appointment for body rust 3 times with service staff over a few months I finally called and asked to talk to the service manager. He said he would have someone call back and sch times with service staff over a few months I finally called and asked to talk to the service manager. He said he would have someone call back and schedule me in so they could get the job done within a couple of days. The next week I got a call and dropped my vehicle off. After not hearing from Davidson for 3 weeks, I finally called to check on my vehicle only to find out that they hadn’t started it. They were more concerned with the mileage on the loaner vehicle I had than my vehicle, but they assured me that it was now their number one priority and that it would be done within a few days. 2 weeks later I finally get a call asking me to pick it up and schedule another appointment to bring it back in. They told me that they fixed the rust on the hood and still needed to do the doors. When I asked to talk to the owner or GM of the dealership they ignored my request. I asked them why they couldn’t just finish the work and had to plead with them to finish it before I picked it up. When I finally picked it up they were not very apologetic and did not offer any consideration. In addition, I had expressed concerns with the service staff within the last year about the tires on the vehicle wearing down at an excessive rate. At that point the vehicle only had about 22,000 miles on it. The service advisor looked at the tires and assured me that I would get another 30,000 miles out of the tires. I have had the tires rotated and balanced by Davidson at every oil change. At my next service, I was told I need to replace the rear tires and brakes. All 4 tires are are excessively worn now at 28,000 miles when I have had dealership rotation and balance. I am not happy about it and still have 8 months left on my lease. I would like to talk to someone at Ford directly about having the tires replaced. The sales experience was not pleasant either. Overall, my experience with Davidson Ford is that their staff is inexperienced, dishonest, and that the dealership is very dysfunctional across sales, service, and body shop. I will never have Davidson do any service on my vehicle or do business with them again. More
Warranty work Service after the sale is dead . I have a 2018 f150 that has had door latch issues . I had the issue warranted in January and not even a year later it Service after the sale is dead . I have a 2018 f150 that has had door latch issues . I had the issue warranted in January and not even a year later it is doing the same thing . I’m expected to wait better than 3 weeks to have my truck fixed again . I guess it’s not a big concern that a brand new trucks doors freeze either closed or open . I drove three miles with a driver door that wouldn’t latch . I gotta get to work . Service person said that customers could bungee the doors closed More

I accompanied my 16yo Granddaughter as it was her 2014 vehicle (that was purchased else where). Jim was very polite to BOTH of us. He treated us both with the utmost respect and assured my granddaughter that she should freely contact him if there were any additional problems with the vehicle. He extended himself above the minimum necessary service. He PERSONALLY rode in the vehicle with us as initially after the repairs my Granddaughter had some concerns about how the vehicle was running. Thank you again Jim B!!! More
Beautiful Dealership Poor Service Took a vehicle for warranty work. They took pictures said they would call in a day or two. Almost a week later I called. They said they forgot to Took a vehicle for warranty work. They took pictures said they would call in a day or two. Almost a week later I called. They said they forgot to send the pictures, they would do it and get back to us in a day or two. Called again, now a week and a half later, said they didn't know anything about the issues and a person would call after he looked into it. Never returned one call our final call to them was almost 2 weeks later to find out that the warranty work was denied, but no one bothered to call us. Upon questioning them about how the warranty work was explained, They clearly didn't advocate for repair. Thank goodness for the good folks at Fucillo, they were very helpful. More

Still bought it because it’s exactly what I wanted....when looking over the car, the salesman claimed they had buffed and cleaned it yet it barely looked clean. There was a chip in the paint that wasn’t there before they “buffed” it, was promised some paint and repair the next week but still haven’t heard back a few weeks later. At that point I just wanted to get out of there with my new car. I called back the next week and never got a response from the salesman. After spending 30k PLUS on a vehicle, you’d think they would at least grant your one request. I will never recommend Davidson to anyone. More
