Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for not meeting the promised timeline for your vehicle and for the frustration this caused. When your vehicle was dropped off early Wednesday, our initial estimate was to have it ready by Friday. Unfortunately, during the repair process we experienced issues with parts failing and discovered additional repairs were needed. This extended the completion time beyond what we originally anticipated. While unexpected complications can happen, we understand that the lack of timely communication and the delays you experienced — especially having to call repeatedly and make multiple trips — were frustrating and inconvenient. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused, including the delay in arranging a loaner vehicle. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is important to us, and we are addressing our communication and scheduling processes to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. If there is anything further we can do to restore your confidence in us, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.
