Slid into a curb and my steering wheel is not straight. I thought I needed an alignment. They wrote up the service order and the Service Advisor informed me that I would be needing an oil change soon. Acco I thought I needed an alignment. According to the information provided on my Ford Pass App, the remaining oil life is 32%. I said since I am here, you might as well change the oil. I asked for a basic oil change. I was billed for a motor oil additive that I didn't ask for and the Service Advisor informed me that I did. I said my vehicle has 16,800 miles and has been driven for 20 months which equates to a little over 800 miles a month. I had my 1st oil change as suggested by Ford. Needless to say, they up charged me for the MOA (motor oil additive) that I didn't request. Then they charged me $139.99 + tax for diagnostics to determine if the alignment was the problem. After a couple of hours, the Service Advisor informed me that the lower control arm right was bent and would need to be replaced before they could perform the alignment. I asked if they would waive the $139.99 diagnostic fee if I had them repair the control arm. The answer was "no". The Service Advisor also let me know the oil change had been completed. This is the scenario, the vehicle is already up on the rack for an oil change which includes a tire rotation. All of the tires are off of the vehicle, the Service Technician was aware that the vehicle was in for an alignment; how much time was expended to look at the front suspension to notice the lower right control arm was bent. They charged me $241.96 for an oil change with the motor oil additive that I didn't request and let me know that they couldn't perform the wheel alignment because of the bent control arm. I won't be returning to Davidson Ford of Clay. More

I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific vehicle, the internet customer service rep Rob told me that the vehicle would be transported overnight to be ready to go at the scheduled time of 9:00 AM. In the morning, I arrived and the truck was not transported. If I wanted to see it I'd have to drive another 45 minutes. Davidson Ford does not seem to value my time. When politely telling the sales rep that it wasn't his fault, but these are the impacts on me for not having the truck here, he didn't listen, rather was muttering uncomfortably. Value your customers' time or they simply will go elsewhere. Have empathy when they are expressing their disappointment. More
