(when I got there they decided to leave the stuff on it because the sales manager did not want to pay the service dept to remove them. . .) Anyhow, Second bad experience: Unusual process there of removing the tags and personal belongings from your trade in before going to see the business manager. This burly, ex football player has rough sales tatics to sell extended warranty, pre pay service agreements and additional insurance. Doesn't understand "no thanks" Extremely high-pressure and emotional Third, and this is the one that has stuck with me at least a close second to the first is that they charge a whopping $298 doc prep fees. (see above, 'taking the plates off your trade in' FIRST at this point you are ready to go home and the $298 seems a cheap price for getting the heck out of dodge, but what really irked me was this business manager told me I had already agreed to this when I struck the deal. A thorough review of the pre sales docuement shows he lied. The only mention of this was in the "+ taxes, license and fees" nothing mentioning the $298, the process of taking your tags off, personal items out and finally, finally going to see business manager is bad enough but when he told me I had already agreed to $298, this takes the cake. AVOID DARRELL WALTRIP and go to an honorable dealer! More
