Waiting for months for service for an airbag recall. Service department is horrible. I got a safety recall notice. Called and got on a waiting list because they didn't have the parts. Months went by. Service department is horrible. I got a safety recall notice. Called and got on a waiting list because they didn't have the parts. Months went by. I called a couple times but could only leave a message. Finally called American Honda which recommended I try another dealership an extra 30 miles away. Weeks went by. After leaving more messages with no return phone call I called American Honda again and put in a complaint. Called again but went through the operator and told her I had placed a complaint and was piped to the Service Manager. He was great and got me scheduled but what a hassle. Honda didn't want people to have anyone infant of that airbag but if it was so dangerous why in the world don't they want to get them fixed. Can only guess management is poor here. More

Great service I brought my 14 year old element in for recall work. The people there were very friendly they rented me a car and and got the work done very quickly. I thought I was going to keep the rental car overnight but ended up going back and picking my car up that afternoon. Mandy is very friendly and customer service oriented. He allowed me to drive several units and when I needed to have my car consultant see and drive the one I was interested in, he allowed me to take the car off the Lot for that purpose. He saw that our agreeded upon price was honored! More

Great Experience Buying a Car! I recently bought a new car at Darrell Waltrip Honda with my salesperson being Michael Goyer. Michael was super! He listened to everything I told him I recently bought a new car at Darrell Waltrip Honda with my salesperson being Michael Goyer. Michael was super! He listened to everything I told him that I wanted in a car and then found several for me to look at, with those features I had listed. He was so good at knowing exactly the details of each car and explaining the features. I am so happy with my new CR-V. Michael was great at instructing me on everything before I left the dealership. He set up my Bluetooth and some radio stations for me. He was such a nice person, a real Southern gentleman! I would definitely send friends to Michael and recommend Darrell Waltrip Honda to people. escaped by the skin of my teeth Tried to sell me a used "reconstructed vehicle" as a clean one owner. Told me a "carfax" report was a waste of money and couldn't give me the sale pri Tried to sell me a used "reconstructed vehicle" as a clean one owner. Told me a "carfax" report was a waste of money and couldn't give me the sale price if they had to produce documents. Turned out that after I noticed the paint in the fender wells didn't match front to back that the entire rear clip had been welded onto the car from a junkyard car, then had the nerve to claim the "reconstructed title" meant that the car had undergone extensive maintenance and repairs, instead of disclosing that it was declared a total loss by an insurance company, then "reconstructed" using used parts out of a junk yard, literally welding two totaled cars together to make one whole car. In fact the so called repairs were so sloppy that it felt like the rear end was in a separate lane because they didn't properly align the vehicle when they welded it back together. Even scarier than the fact that I almost bought this car is the fact that it was sold to another less than a week after I test drove it. Now some poor sap is driving this horrible mess. Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware) should be their slogan More
