I had some kind of critter attacking the fuel system of my Civic, chewing up the emissions control system and ruining the fuel line requiring the gas tank to be replaced (twice--two visits). Derek Reel hel my Civic, chewing up the emissions control system and ruining the fuel line requiring the gas tank to be replaced (twice--two visits). Derek Reel helped me get photos to my insurance company of this damage, and talked to technicians about how to discourage the critter from coming back again with anti-rat tape around the fuel line. I have set traps and poison where my car is parked outside as garage is full. Not a fun experience of "nature," but Derek made it a lot easier to deal with. More
