They offered to factory build me a car, so I started telling them what I did and didn't want. Their MSRP they listed on the quote was $1410 over actual MSRP. They told me that those additional options could not be taken off even though I was factory ordering my car. All of the factory options that I did want were 2.5-3 times the MSRP of each of the options. In the end the overall markup was $4993 over MSRP. When I asked to have the additional options I didn't want to be removed and to be a little closer to actual MSRP, they told me they didn't want to do business with me because they could get someone else to pay the higher price. So I was looking at a used car online at this dealership and contacted the salesman for a price quote. Included in the price quote was a $1495 charge for a LoJack service. I bought my Honda Pilot last year, I have had several issues with the audio system for which I have taken it to the dealer for twice now. Last week I took it in for problems with the audio (again), the anti lock brake system (the anti lock broke engages at random times and its frightening) and water running down in my headlight when I take it through the car wash. Naturally, they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. "Everything is working as intended", Rick told me. The rental car ended up costing me $200.00. Rick Nicholls has been the service advisor since I bought the car, he has been nothing but rude and unprofessional since day one. I will not go back to this dealer, I will find another one that has better service that can/will diagnose a problem. More
They got my money. Some how managed to tell me that they gave me the TrueCar price but still charged me MSRP. Discovered that fact later after purchase.
