I had some major work done on my Ridgeline at Darrell Waltrip Honda. I am very happy with the results. I want to especially commend Brandon Tidwell (who is a customer representative). We have been customers since 1997, and have bought four new vehicles from this dealer. Today I took our CRV in for service. Bad neighborhood? What else… 2 6 hour sessions for the purchase of the car and replacement. A wasted trip to the dealership because my spare key wasn’t ready as in they had no idea I was supposed to get one… Had to detail car myself after purchase… During the diagnostic of the brand new sports car, I think they drove 5 miles farther then their normal 11 mile test drive… Possible joy ride but I can’t verify… They paid below KBB on my brand new mint trade in… Small print said they couldn’t give me the vet discount… I have been on long term mental disability for 10 years and I just got my first job since as a mechanical bull operator/bouncer. Just trying to better myself and be a productive giving citizen in society, and this is the horrendous garbage I have to deal with… I’m an fing human being you know… More
I made my first purchase November 2021, returned it got a replacement and it’s terrible also. Dealership did make repairs but fairly speaking both vehicles have been in for repairs more than I have driven th replacement and it’s terrible also. Got 2017 Kia Sorento back about two weeks ago had to have picked up again this week. At this point I just want my money back $$$. In business there are things that must be right: PRODUCT,QUALITY,CUSTOMER SERVICE and FAIRNESS. Thanks Darrell Waltrip Honda. Let’s see how it turns out. I’ll be sure to post. We have had our Honda Pilot serviced there for almost 7 years. We took it in because the AC was not blowing and the car was not cooling. They did fix the blowing issue but failed to make sure the car wou years. We took it in because the AC was not blowing and the car was not cooling. They did fix the blowing issue but failed to make sure the car would cool. When I called to discuss the issue the service representative became defensive and told me I could bring it in for another service call. The problem is, is that the issue was never fully fixed and they wanted to charge me for an additional service call to fix what have been fixed the first time. They failed to do a thorough diagnosis and completely fix the problem. We know would have received better customer service at our previous Honda Dealership in Ohio. I'm sorry to say, but Darrell Waltrip Honda has lost our business. More
