Bob Oshrin offered to give us a test drive and he was wonderful to work with and explained everything about the vehicle. When we decided we were going to get the Forester a couple days later, Jeff Watkins came in on his day off and we made the deal. Jeff was very thorough going over all the features and very helpful throughout the process. Loved working with Jeff on a previous purchase and this time as well! They are both amazing people and made us feel welcome. George in the finance office was the icing on the cake. If you want a great experience purchasing your next Subaru I highly recommend both Jeff and Bob. It was great working with both of them and I recommend them without hesitation. More

Misleading and Disappointing At first Dan Perkins was great to work with. They were knowledgable about the Subaru I was interested in and we reached a good deal on the car. When it came to signing the paperwork though and finalizing my out of state registration (which they assured me would be alright) things got ugly very quickly. Long story short, everything was worked out (so they told me) but now, two weeks after I've purchased my car, I need to now redo paperwork and jump through even more hoops. It would have been great if everyone was just honest with me up front and managed expectations accordingly so that I, the customer, didn't feel like I was doing their job for them. If I knew it would have been this difficult, I would have never purchased my car from them. More

I would recommend my friends and family to purchase a car there. The best part of all was going the extra miles (lagniappe) when I left my glasses on my trade in car, he actually whet above and beyond to save my glasses.
