It was my first experience here, and it was beyond what I ever imagined I would receive. Drew is very kind, patient, and really took the time to help me find a new (or used) car that would suit my needs and my budget. He even loaned me a brand new 2018 Impreza for a few days -- I was so surprised! Unfortunately, I decided I couldn't afford the new car, so I came back here today to turn it in, and lo and behold, I spotted a used 2014 Subaru Impreza on the sales floor here, and it was immediately love at first sight! I asked Drew about it, and he sat down with me to go over the details of the car (Car Fax, etc.,) and after he did that, I knew this is the car for me! I am so happy, more than words can express. In addition to all the above, Drew went out of his way and took the time to help me find much more affordable (and better) car & homeowners insurance with Progressive. As a result, he found me a much better car and homeowner's policy -- I will now be saving more than half on my annual homeowner's policy!! ( down from 1,800/yr with Geico 649.00 year with Progressive!!) I could not be happier today! Drew is truly outstanding and the best salesperson I have met with in my car shopping experience! My boyfriend and I went into his dealership after having a terrible experience at another right before, our car just broke down days previous to this and we had 2-3 days while I was off from work to figure things out! After our bad experience we thought we KNEW that no one could help us get a car. As soon as we shook hands with Josh he was so welcoming and gave us a feeling of comfort that we never received from a car salesman. After hearing our story he said "I'm going to get you approved and in a car TODAY" . We laughed and told him good luck because like I said, we thought we knew no one could get us a new car with our circumstances. Long story short Josh got us approved for the car we wanted and after hours and hours going back and fourth through everything and issues that were coming up he kept telling us "don't worry were going to figure this out, don't stress were getting you your car". And he did! It took 2 days about to work through everything because of my old car but he never stopped. He went all day that second day from 11am focused on us with not one break until they closed and we left with our 2015 Subaru legacy! Josh has been in contact with us ever since to make sure everything is going smooth and to ensure that we are happy! We need Dan Perkins Subaru to understand what they have in Josh! He is amazing and so dedicated to helping his guests ultimately be happy and get in the car they need. We will be recommending Josh with DP Subaru to every and anyone we know in the future! Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised: the salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, always available to answer questions and clarify doubts, and everybody else involved gave their best to make sure everything was clear, and provided advise and guidance throughout.
