From the minute you enter Subaru you know they will take good care of your car and that gives you piece of mind. I believe they want you to take good care of your vehicle to prevent further damage or prevent them.

An hour appt turned out to be 2:15. They recommended many services that weren’t necessary. They showed a balding tire that wasn’t on my car and recommended 2 tires. Town Fair Tire said my tires were fine. I was told that recommendations were not actually from a service tech but from a manual, so not accurate for my car
They are friendly and experienced. Also willing to answer questions and explain further where/when needed.
