My how they've changed since 2007! But our perceptive liaison to the 21st Century Car, Grace Baldwin, enabled us to test drive and pick just the right model to suit our needs. No more no less, just the perfect match suited to how we make use of our car, what for and where to. As we are also UpState New York transplants, we, (I!!) especially appreciated the way Grace listened and attentively suggested particular roads to confidently test drive before venturing out on busier interstate lanes. I suppose that kind of intuitive interaction best sums up my experience purchasing a car for the first time this century! Our salesperson, Regina Golden, who we have worked with before, went out of her way to do what was best for US, not the dealership. We had a few strange things come up during the weeks we were car shopping. We went from needing one car to two, back to one again. Regina and Nick Aquilina, the Finance Manager, stuck with us the whole time, giving us the best deal possible in each scenario. We looked at different cars at different dealerships during the process, and NOWHERE did they follow up as consistently and try to EARN our business as hard as Regina and Nick did to RETAIN our business. As always, we love our Subaru and HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Dan Perkins Subaru car-buying experience. As a side note, we have seen many of the same faces over the 10-plus years we have been going there, indicating that it is an excellent place to work.
