My family members and I have been using DCH Toyota for servicing our Toyota vehicles for a long time. We have had nothing but the most satisfying and happy experience with our service. We have the pleasure of working with the most friendliest, cooperative, technically knowledgeable, and helping Service Advisor, Mr. Bryan Yoshida. He is the greatest service adivisor in the entire Toyota Dealership network. My two young adults (one daughter and one son) will not go any where else for servicing their Toyota vehicles but DCH Torrance and would not want to work with anyone esle but Bryan. The entire staff at DCH Torrance Toyota is very friendly and cooperative. They are willing to help and take proper care of your vehicles while servicing. We continuously recomment DCH Torrance Toyota to all of our friends and family members. Toyota is successful because of the customer service didicated assocaites like Bryan Yoshida and the DCH Toyota Group who firmly belives in the customer service is the foundation for the success of any business. I typically don't care for new car dealerships, especially in the service dept because I find that typically they are trying to "up sell" service. And also because I'm a woman. I was very worried about my car. I had been involved in an accident and there were several mechanical problems. The customer service that I received at DCH Toyota of Torrance was very good. The salesman that I worked with, William Vas, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. First, his affable nature made the time spent at the dealership pleasant. Next, he made good suggestions as to my vehicle needs, and they were in line with my family's current needs. To add to that, he really knew the product, a 2010 Toyota Camry. He was able to show me new aspects of the Camry that I had not known before. Finally, he was able to allow me to feel comfortable by offering me a Diet Coke. Therefore, I would definitely suggest DCH Toyota of Torrance to my friends and acquaintances. More
Neither of our Toyotas were purchased here - though our next one probably will be. We've always had GREAT service - Brian is the BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with (be it through Toyota or Nissan) next one probably will be. We've always had GREAT service - Brian is the BEST service advisor we've ever dealt with (be it through Toyota or Nissan). The shuttle was easy - no issues. Repairs are always done in a timely manner - and we've never had any problems with the work done (which is why we switched to Torrance - we had numerous issues in both Carson and Long Beach where we had to return either for work not completed or done wrong). They've been honest too - if something isn't necessary, they don't try to talk you into it. As an example, we brought the car in for a fan belt issue, and during the inspection it was noted the rear brakes were low - but not necessarily to a critical point. The last time they were done was somewhere else - we could have taken it back to that place (where the pads are lifetime replacement). We went ahead and had them done at DCH - just because they're so cool about it! More
