Amazing customer service!! I came in to service my 2015 Toyota Corolla and received amazing customer service. I had the car for over 2 years with over 17k miles so the car needs I came in to service my 2015 Toyota Corolla and received amazing customer service. I had the car for over 2 years with over 17k miles so the car needs some maintenance. Sean was there to assist me immediately and answer any of my concerns and questions. Not all dealer would attend to you or assist you like DCH Toyota would. Some would just want you in and out or get your money but not this one. Sean was of great help. I would recommend this dealer. they fixed it I had a noise with my 4 runner that would only last for a few seconds, just as it was started and only on a cold! cold! winter day. This Service Department is TOP NOTCH!! I am never disappointed when I bring my car in. I am always treated as a valuable customer and informed of all the work being done on my car. When additional work is needed on my car, they call me immediately and give me a complete update, pricing and recommendations. I always feel that they have my safety and the condition of my car as their first priority. Most people dread taking their car to the dealer for service but I look forward to it.
