No Car Wash and then charging $9.99 to spray disinfectant I wish Manhattan Beach Toyota is close by, otherwise i will rather use them than DCH. I do not like that they charge you for spraying disinfectant wh I wish Manhattan Beach Toyota is close by, otherwise i will rather use them than DCH. In 2015 we were supposed to buy a Prius at this dealership but the sales manager at that time was so busy talking to other employees and his butt is glued to his chair, could not come to talk to us dealership but the sales manager at that time was so busy talking to other employees and his butt is glued to his chair, could not come to talk to us. So we left and went to Carson Toyota and bought a new Prius Plug in. Philip said that our experience at this visit will be different and we will have an excellent experience. Philip is very patient, friendly and understanding . He showed us different choices. He is very knowledgeable about the cars that we are looking at. We finally decided to get a new Prius Prime and the sales manager was also very patient and really worked with us and we are very happy with the purchase. Philip Demonstrated and explained to us how to operate different gadgets on the dashboard. You might be wondering why I went back to this dealership after my experience, just because I brought my other Prius for service and I got curious so went around to look at new cars and there I met Philip and am so glad I met him. My experience with with PHILIP is truly a reflection of Toyota. More

Came in today to help my friend get a car. JOSE EDDIE FLORES was the first to help us out. He showed us the car but didn't mention any of the features it came with. After going over the payments, he offe FLORES was the first to help us out. He showed us the car but didn't mention any of the features it came with. After going over the payments, he offered us some ridiculous prices. We knew they were ridiculous because we had gotten a quote from AARON CASTRO the day before. We called him out on it but Eddie didn't give a xxxx tbh, Eddie even told us the price was a lie just to get us in the door. We left. Minutes later, we got a text saying they'd do better, so we went back. We were saying AARON CASTRO was the man for helping us out after and getting us the price that we wanted, which was $335 for 72 mo at 2.9 apr, or so we thought. As we're driving home we check the contract to see what day was the first payment. That's when we found out they had added 3 extra months with a higher apr, $335 for 75 months at 3.99 apr. I was shocked, I thought this was illegal. These are terms that NO ONE ever spoke of or wrote on a sheet. I didn't even know 75 months was possible, but I guess it was our fault for not checking the contract. We don't even know where we'll be making our payments to because I'm pretty sure Toyota wasn't the company to finance us. They got us good. Also, Mr VALENTINE the finance guy, failed to mention that Toyota offers free 30 day insurance. We had to have a co-signer because the main signee didn't have insurance (according to VALENTINE). If VALENTINE would've mention the free insurance, we could've avoided having a co signer. I hope people looking to buy a car read this so they can avoid my mistakes. AVOID: VALENTINE THE FINANCE GUY AARON CASTRO JOSE EDDIE FLORES AND JOSE EDDIE FLORES’ MANAGER, the guy who pays $1200 monthly payments for his BMW (Eddie told us this random fact, we thought it was funny) More

After being in a car accident last week, 1 of us getting laid off, and having to deal with this pandemic, the last thing we wanted to do was look for a car.
