The Assistant Service Manager, Kris Thompson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He facilitated a quick and easy experience, which surpassed my expectations for the visit. I felt that he was genuine in his efforts, and never felt any uncomfortable "upselling" ploys. Kris Thompson got me in and out quickly, even though I gave him a laundry list of things I wanted done. He was very friendly and approachable, making a lasting impression. I will definitely return to the Torrance branch for future service and will ask for Kris by name each time.
