Worse dealer and service ever! They said we need to upload some new software or something, they did but worked until I get home and next day same issue. I was in and out almost a month back n forth until they figure out whats problem is. The attitute of service manager assistant was awful. Recently called for express services got same attitude, make in appointment they said. If its called "express service" what a xxxx, should be wolk right in. I called Toyota newburgh they had express services too, they said come right in. Within 15-20 min all job was done. That is express services, not that you claim, DCH toyota! Learn from Newburgh toyota! Instead of changing building, change your employees ! More

The vehicle was advertised before it was ready to be sold 3. We were told the vehicle would be ready by 12pm today then told it wasn’t 4. The odometer has been tampered with and DCH Toyota tried to down play it. Sean didn’t even know about. When I brought it up, he said are they really 100%. I asked him why do they display it on their website if they don’t use them? This tells me that Sean is negotiating a price of a car that he is not even familiar with. How embarrassed he must of felt especially having to use the “provision” excuse again. 5. Sean tried to throw numbers at us to explain the over price of Kelley blue book and circled $5800 three times. That is $3000 over DCH Toyota asking price 6. Sean said there were “provisions” of why DCH Toyota couldn't honor AAA. I will be contacting AAA about this since again, with the AAA member vehicle certificate, the membership price should have been honored per AAA. 7. Sean said that work is being done to the vehicle which will cost anywhere from 1200-1500 but Dana said that the service being done would have nothing to do with the cost. 8. Sean said that there are others waiting for the car so they will sell it for $8881 but offered $8381. I told him that there were 5 other cars on the internet with more mileage but $1000-$2000 less 9. We offered $7500 cash - we were told that the price of $8381 is not negotiable but would we like a call after the car is out of service 10. DCH Toyota uses that $8881 or $8884 for a majority of it’s used vehicle. I told someone on the phone that I didn’t want to waste my time going to the dealership if the price was not negotiable. If you advertise a vehicle and have the ALL the facts straight and when Jaime and Dana call me to confirm a meeting at 1pm so that they could have all the paperwork ready – then that’s what should be readily available at the time of the meeting. NO PAPERWORK WAS READY, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT READY, NEGOTIATING WAS NOT AN OPTION – EXCUSES AND “PROVISIONS” WERE THE ONLY THING GIVEN More

I called them to see if they had a vehicle After spending weeks looking for a vehicle on the Central Coast, I was referred to DCH Toyota of Torrance. I called them to see if they had a vehicle close to what I was looking for. The salesman I talked to went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted. I packed up the family and made the 5 hour drive to look at our potential new vehicle. Ray Murillo not only had the vehicle ready for us but took extra steps to ensure we were pre approved, and had already come up with an amazing deal for us. There was none of the high pressure "step into my office" b.s. That I found at every other dealership and needless to say, we are the proud owners of a new vehicle. I will definately be buying here again and recomending Ray to my friends........ Brian Kirker More

A lease payment for a new Camry should NOT be $700 per month The fact that he offered a significant drop down to $450 via a phone call as I was driving away further proves that they are only trying to make as much off of people they can. This dealership needs to retrain their sales team on how to actually close a deal the right and fair way. Later that very same day I ended up getting my Camry at Southbay Toyota - Gardena on western. They treated me fair and I ended up with a payment way less than 450.00 - No gimmicks or BS. The team at Southbay turned a bad day into a pleasurable experience. More
Buying A New Car My wife and I came in here after contacting Sandra over the phone. I simply gave her some of my information and told her what we are looking for, aft My wife and I came in here after contacting Sandra over the phone. I simply gave her some of my information and told her what we are looking for, after I submitted all the information needed to get the ball rolling she said she would call me back in about 10 minutes. I did not know Sandra nor did my wife previously from coming in. She called me back like promised and discussed with me some of the options over the phone( as much as possible of course), she then set up a time for the 2 of us to come in the same day. As we arrived she and the whole staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable, we saw the car that we wanted, went over all the features, packages, etc. and drove off in our brand new Prius. Our overall experience was 100% customer service with a smile the whole way and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend DCH Toyota of Torrance and would like to say Thank You again Sandra and the whole staff. More

MY service Advisor was Larissa Wong. Larissa was great!! Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of me. I am a firm believer in customer service, honesty and reliability. My experience at DCH was seamless, they did a great job servicing my car, were able to find other repairs that were covered under warranty, and my car was completed before time promised. Everyone I dealt with at DCH were very professional, friendly and all about customer service. Keep up the strong work Larissa, because of you and the staff at DCH and their commitment to customer service I will definitely be going back to DCH Torrance. Thank you, Chris More

Nothing was getting through to the manager up to the point I was on the verge of getting up and walking out. Overall a very nice dealership with nice and courteous staff. Keith got me the price I asked and followed through with several of my needs after the deal was complete. Had a great experience with Keith and will return to him and recommend my friends. More
From the front door, to the Capuccino, to the test drive, to the signing of my papers, my experience at DCH was great! Everyone was so nice!
