My experiences have always been positive. Both with leasing my car and the service department. This is one of the main reason I continue to go to this dealership. Both with leasing my car and the service department. This is one of the main reason I continue to go to this dealership. More

I had high expectations for this place, particularly because it carries the reputable Toyota brand. However, I've come to understand that the manufacturer is not directly involved with the dealerships. because it carries the reputable Toyota brand. However, I've come to understand that the manufacturer is not directly involved with the dealerships. As consumers, we are required to purchase vehicles through these authorized sellers. Given the option, I would prefer to bypass these dealers entirely. The experience was disappointingly familiar; they insisted on a bundled sale, which is not permissible, and refused to sell me the car unless I agreed to several unnecessary add-ons, despite my repeated objections. I must mention that Keith White, the Sales Director, Leonado Solis, the Sales Manager, and Lyndon Bull from the finance department, were all implicated in the unsatisfactory practices at this dealership. Attempting to renegotiate the terms after signing is futile; the contract binds you to its conditions. I wish you better luck in your search for a vehicle. I hope there are still dealerships out there that prioritize ethical business practices. More
