Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From general manager Drew Holbrook down ! Stay far away from these crooks. They will lie non stop. If you end up buying or leasing a car, read the numbers very c manager Drew Holbrook down ! Stay far away from these crooks. They will lie non stop. If you end up buying or leasing a car, read the numbers very carefully, finance tends to change the numbers in their favor just to test if the customers is smart enough to catch it. Very sneaky ! Absolutely, positively the WORST dealership experience I have ever had. This Subaru dealer is definitely deceitful, shady & at best dishonest. We waited for a salesperson, then waited even longer for him have ever had. This Subaru dealer is definitely deceitful, shady & at best dishonest. We waited for a salesperson, then waited even longer for him to go get this dusty car with a smelly interior. On the test drive, he promised to knock off few hundred dollars from the asking price to make us happy & forget going back to the Ford dealer next door that has a similar Lexus NX300. Sat down by a desk with empty soda can, loose papers & a greasy lunch bag. After taking the info of our possible trade in car, he came back from his “manager” with a break down of ADD ONS that the car has, which we noticed exceeds the value of the trade in value. We asked to negotiate the advertised price, he refused and said only the Add-On items are negotiable. He shamelessly offered to go convince his “manager” to reduce this item. We explained that is dishonest and not willing to accept any dealing that doesn’t involve reducing the ADVERTISED price. BTW, the door panel protective plastics which are pretty much standard on all the Lexuses we’ve seen, shows damage on the rear driver’s side door. Also, keep in mind that this car has NO SERVICE RECORDS (according to him). Finally, we found out that we were actually dealing with the “Manager” himself according to his business card. He never call or texted to thank us for the visit, a courteous practice of the professionals & the qualified. More
I had a an excellent buying experience thanks to finance manager Jeimy Llort who worked endlessly to get me the lowest possible interest rate and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. Would recommen manager Jeimy Llort who worked endlessly to get me the lowest possible interest rate and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. Would recommend this dealership, especially if Jeimy is available to assist you. More
Truly a terrible experience. Waited over an hour (after scheduling an appointment to see a specific car) before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally was able to meet with someone, but they had to bring the scheduling an appointment to see a specific car) before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally was able to meet with someone, but they had to bring the car over from another lot so I had to wait again. When the brought it was dirty, had hardly been cleaned, back seats were sticky. I was assured if I bought it would all be cleaned. Test drove the car, it was what I was looking for. So we went inside to discuss financing. We agreed on a price, they gave me a financing offer. All seemed well. Only issue was the car (a used Kia Soul) had Car Shield stickers placed on the doors to prevent scratching - despite the fact that the car was already scratched. Ed, the manager, said they couldn't take them off and added $500 for them. I decided to move forward anyway. Met with the financing person, she was very nice. Told me they were able to get me an even lower APR than Ed had told me before. Sounded great. We went over a few things and I signed all the papers, took the keys, and went to see my newly cleaned car. The car was cleaner, but left a lot to be desired. Oh well, I thought, it's over with and I've got what I came for. Later, when I looked over all my papers, I began to realize they changed everything from the offer I had agreed to. They raised the price of the car. Added on $1200 in accessories? What accessories? I have no idea. I was charged nearly $2000 over what we had agreed on - a lot extra on a $7700 car - not even including the car shield stickers. I'm very patient - I was willing to over look almost everything and assume it was just an off/busy day for them - but they knowingly fudged the numbers on our agreement thinking I wouldn't notice because I'm a first time buyer. When we've called to discuss they told us they had to raise the price in order to finance it for me - but if they couldn't finance it for the amount we agreed on I wouldn't have taken the car. Who is running this place? It's completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. They've taken every bad thing you'd expect from a dealership and then multiplied it. Do not waste your time - go somewhere else. It is not worth the frustration. I will now have to continue to see if there's any way to get back to original offer we had agreed upon. More

I was given the General managers number and email and guess what still haven’t heard back from him either!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!! Subaru’s are good reliable cars but buy one at legit dealership that won’t try to pull one over you... STAY AWAY!!! More
I'm 55 years old and throughout my lifetime, I have owned about 15 vehicles. Most of them were bought from a dealership, some of them new. I found DCH Subaru on the internet and decided to take a drive (3 about 15 vehicles. Most of them were bought from a dealership, some of them new. I found DCH Subaru on the internet and decided to take a drive (3 hours) and look at one of the vehicles (2018 Forrester) that was advertised at a decent price. The vehicle had a hole in the bumper, many scratches and despite the CPO inspection, bolts were loose on the hatchback strut to the point that when we raised and lowered it, it was obvious. I just wanted a dependable vehicle to put miles on and didn't care too much about the looks so we took it for a drive and accepted their price. Details: Cash, no Trade-In. When we were ready to sign papers, they came out with the usual list of add-ons which we could purchase (extra coverage etc...) which added another $9,000 to the price. We refused them as we just wanted to pay asking price and leave. The salesman dropped all of the add-ons but one (Clear Coat) which he explained that we would have to pay because the car already had this. This was an extra $499.00. I feel like this should have been already included in the price and was a hidden fee they added and I wouldn't notice as they distracted me with conversation as I looked over the list. Tires, steering and windshield come with the car too, did they forget to charge me for those also. Anyways, that was a deal breaker for me and I walked out. They were misleading, deceitful and untrustworthy at that point and I wanted nothing more to do with them. So, buyer beware... If you go to this dealership, watch out for hidden/additional fees added to the price that you agreed on (other than taxes and licensing). More
Total (dealer additional option) scam. They added clear shield, free oil change for life ( 13 years worth at Jiffy lube at 2 times a year) , anti theft etc for over $10,000 over the advertised price and wh shield, free oil change for life ( 13 years worth at Jiffy lube at 2 times a year) , anti theft etc for over $10,000 over the advertised price and when I called them out they agreed to remove the all the fees, but not without a lot of arguing. Then they had us wait for the paperwork forever as we were going to pay it with a check and come back when the check cleared (even this was an issue and they wanted us to sign a finance agreement until the check cleared). This was cleared by the their boss in front of us with the sales manager present. While waiting for a long time for them to bring the purchase agreement we heard a another customer in next kiosk talking about purchasing the same vehicle. When my wife confronted the sales manager he told us they were now not removing the invisible clear shield fee (Scam). This fee was not on the online advertisement or on a separate vehicle additional sticker as legally required. They only brought it to our attention when we were ready to make the final deal and pay. They insisted that this DAO fee was clearly posted on the advertisement - which it was not. When I showed them the Ad and asked for them to produce the ad with this condition they produced something that did not have anything to do with this. It also seemed like they were string us along as the other customer was trying to decide between two cars which one of them was the one we had agreed to buy already. They were making us wait just in case the other customer decided on the other vehicle and they could sell us the one we wanted. I guess we would have been totally out of luck if they decided to buy the same vehicle we wanted. They are the most unprofessional, unahhapy, shimmy car sales people I have ever dealt with. People read the reviews and stay the xxxx away from this place. I would rather spend an extra couple thousand to buy from honest car dealership where they understand honesty and customer service. I feel so slimy and feel violated after dealing with them. On to reporting them to the Consumer protection agency, state attorney general, BBB and anyone else I can find. This should've been the easiest and fastest car sale in history but they completely turned it into a big customer service disaster. More
manager told me he would not take off fee of something I did not want at all. He also told me that my calculations for payments were wrong, even after checking my math 5 different times. Literally elementar did not want at all. He also told me that my calculations for payments were wrong, even after checking my math 5 different times. Literally elementary school math and I felt so belittled. waited for 6 hours only to be led back to the financing office and they tried to make me sign a monthly payment that was ~$10 higher than I calculated. Extremely unethical and screamed at for pointing that out. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism. More

Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2020 (in 2021) Xtrek hybrid with 2K miles and was told it was only used as a dealer loaner car. They heavily pushed me to purchase a bum purchased a 2020 (in 2021) Xtrek hybrid with 2K miles and was told it was only used as a dealer loaner car. They heavily pushed me to purchase a bumper to bumper warranty (unclear why this was needed when it should be covered under manufacturer's warranty). They refused to let me leave it for the inspection and made me drive it home overnight and bring it back the following day to receive the inspection. The following day they kept it for over 5 hours for this alleged "inspection" and told me it had no issues. The next day I woke up to the car leaking coolant. I dropped it off immediately and they have had my car, with NO updates for the last 4 days. Still waiting to hear from the dealership about my car. More
