He made my appointment with Ford a very pleasant experience and I felt completely confident that Ford will be an easy company to deal with should I need to. He went out of his way to show me all the new parts of the dashboard which I never learned on my previous Ford Escape. I am 81 years of age and don't really like all the new technology of today. I hope to be able to learn more as I use my new car. Thank you Danny. I will certainly tell all my friends and family of the quick, pleasant and happy experience I had at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks. Brittney was my assigned Rep. and she was very responsive. Got me a rental car, and when they were unable to finish all the work in one day she called me promptly to let me know and kept me informed. I left my garage door opener in the rental car and when I realized that the following day (a Saturday no less), I called her and she was there and assured me she would get me the device and had it ready when I arrived. Brittney was very responsive and professional. DCH is lucky to have such a responsible employee. More

Enjoy a pleasant experience at FORD I was greeted by Brittanye and she wrote up my order. Went to the customer lounge for an amazing Cafe Latte and was then escorted home by Phil, their I was greeted by Brittanye and she wrote up my order. Went to the customer lounge for an amazing Cafe Latte and was then escorted home by Phil, their shuttle driver. Brittanye kept in touch with me over the next couple of days letting me know the status of the truck, the cost to repair and estimated time it would be done. She was super at keeping me in the loop. On the day I picked it up, she helped me right away, paid my bill, got another wonderful cafe latte and was on my way. Really happy and I will definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. More
Finally a good dealer experience! This was my first time needing to bring my Ford Flex to a dealer after purchasing it. I made an appointment online, which was super convenient for me. This was my first time needing to bring my Ford Flex to a dealer after purchasing it. I made an appointment online, which was super convenient for me. My appointment was scheduled with a specific rep (Brittany Muschamp) and she emailed me to confirm the appointment. Through email she was able to give me specific information about my warranty coverage, which put my mind at ease since I was almost positive I was going to need the water pump replaced. Upon arrival, I was about 15 minutes early for the appointment, but Brittany was happy to help me right away. She then offered me a ride home or a rental car! I had already arranged a ride and another car to use, but it was seriously appreciated! After being inspected, she called me and let me know that it was the water pump, and was covered under warranty. Being a big job, she offered me a rental car again since it was most likely going to need to be in the shop over the weekend until Monday. I happened to be working an event that weekend, and I haul a lot of gear around and did need a bigger car instead of the Prius I was borrowing. Brittany then offered to hold a rental car for me that I could use over the weekend! Even better news though was when Brittany called me on the Friday instead and let me know that the technician worked really hard on the job and just stayed on it and it was finished already! I got there about 30 minutes later to pick it up, Brittany greeted me and had all of the paperwork ready. She personally walked me over to the cashier, and I was pleased that I really did only have to pay the $100 I was told initially I would have to pay. Upon leaving, the Service Manager (Daneel) told me to let her know if I ever needed anything else, and Brittany told me I could call her work cell or email any time for the next service! I went outside to get my car and someone was just pulling up with it, freshly washed. I had a terrible experience purchasing the vehicle from the Ford in Simi Valley, but a above par experience with the service at this one! More
Great experience...my wife and I love the car. I Decided we needed to get a new car, ours was not going to be worth the up keep price. Horrible Service Just don't buy anything from them. The sales team is fine. I guess all the sales team in any dealership will not be bad. But after you buy, the service they provided is horrible. I brought an expedition from them. The GPS system on this model has some problem. It stops working after around 30 mins driving. So I took the car to the shop twice to fix it. The first time I think the technician didn't even take a look at it. And gave the car back to me, claiming it was fixed which was not. I decided to exam it myself. After a few drives, I find out the 30mins problem. Then I took another visit to the shop. After few days checking, they called me, saying they cannot fix it. But the ford was aware of this problem and their engineers are working on fixing it. Really...... problem caused by ford at least you should offer a temporary solution. Since I work on the weekdays which almost everyone does, I don't have time except the Saturdays. They don't offer shuttle service on Saturdays! I called the shop and the guy on the phone was really rude. He didn't even pretend to care. No substitution solution was offered. I moved here from West Covina. The dealership there I used to take my Buick to is much better than this one. I am so glad that I still keep my old Buick. Because FORD is not a trustful brand and especially this dealer ship is the worst. More
