I came to Crown based on a referral from a customer of mine who bought his Mercedes there. He said you MUST ask for Richard Norman when you get there, and "tell him I sent you." Richard called me by my first name, asked me how my professional career was going (he remembered what I do for a living), and asked about my family. I was very impressed that Richard had remembered everything about me with all of the customers that he comes into contact with on a daily basis.
