It's always a pleasure to work with Stephen - this is my 3rd benz I have purchased from him. He was very helpful in finding me what I was looking for. He made great arrangements to have everything taken care of when he was out of the office to close the deal. When signing papers and during closing - there was a very long period of time waiting for the business manager, finance person and everyone else to even get the papers signed - it was a matter of 2 hours. I hope that I can trust the reputation and service of Crown - that they have certified the car and will back it up in terms of quality and warranty. In addition, I hope the repairs will be done in excellent condition so that it's like brand new and in time. I appreciate Stephen's canny persistence - was a little put off when he took a call in the middle of the test drive of the vehicle and then proceeded to say that it was a "very important client since he purchases numerous vehicles from him every year." Regardless of the amount of business the other customer may bring to Stephen - Stephen can me more effective if he treats all his customers as if they were all equally as important to him. More

Mike treated us well when we stopped in the dealership a few months ago. So, when we were ready to lease our SLK, we figured we would give him a shot.
