Being an out of state sale on a used car, you rely heavily upon the sales person to honestly tell you the condition of the car and Richard did a great job explaining any issues with it. When it arrived it was more than we had anticipated. Our sale went through during all of the snowstorms which caused a few delays, but Richard made sure to keep in contact with us the entire time - ensuring that we felt comfortable with the entire process. The shipping company used to transport our vehicle was also great. I honestly felt comfortable throughout the entire transaction and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle through Crown. He delivered the vehicle to us for an overnight was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process. He delivered the vehicle to us for an overnight test drive and took our current vehicle back to the dealership to be appraised. Mike also took the time to research the snow tires available for the new car and arranged to have them mounted prior to delivery. On the day of delivery, Mike had the car waiting in the heated garage area and spent over an hour going over the various features. This is the second Mercedes we have purchased from Crown and Mike Gale and we have been very satisfied on both occasions. More
