WOW! I've wanted a C 63 AMG for 3 years. I met Dustin at another Mercedes dealer a couple of years ago and almost bought the car then, but my family wasn't comfortable dealing with the company. I looked Dustin up and found that he had moved to Crown Mercedes. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same afternoon. Dustin took the time to show me different variants of the C 63, listened to what I really wanted and found my dream car. He stayed very late to help me and made the process of buying a car like none I've experienced before! I am SO excited about my car. Dustin spent time making sure I was happy and handled the whole sale from beginning to end - an experience that I've never had while buying a car before. I can say that I love my new C 63 and my family and I will continue working with Dustin and Crown for our other vehicle purchases. On Presidents Day my husband and I went into the dealership as rain came down and temperatures dropped, knowing this was not a pleasant day to ask any sales person to be outdoors with us. But Mike never batted an eye. In fact, he drove with us to demonstrate what his E Class cars do in inclement weather - we are first time MB owners. He spent the time required to introduce novices to the vehicles' attributes. Our time seemed, to Mike, to be as valuable as his own. When we shifted gears midday to a slightly different vehicle he rolled with that as well! Tom Sands, the manager took time to introduce himself, answer questions and get to know us. There was never unpleasant haggling during our negotiations and they seemed to appreciate our having done as much homework as we did in order to move the process of a final price agreement along. The business manager, Craig Brooks, made the paperwork process go smoothly and painlessly too. But the most remarkable part of our first-time-MB purchase was that, as we headed home, sleet and snow had started and the roads were a bit dicey. Traffic moved slowly. We felt completely confident and safe in our new, preowned E class. Completely! We've driven Volvos, VWs, Lexuses and Acuras all our lives. And as trite as it may sound this vehicle truly is in a class all its own. Thanks to Mike and his team for helping us make the leap to a Mercedes! More
