That comes through immediately. He's highly knowledgeable about all cars and especially about Mercedes Benz. Knowing that my car was handled by a complete professionals like Dave was reassuring. Dave contacted me every day and he told me what was needed, what had been uncovered what was being done. Dave showed genuine concern for me and for my car to be returned in perfect condition. He remarked several times, 'I know this is taking a while but I want you to love it when you get it back.' The car now runs better than ever and I love it. Crown Mercedes Benz is the place to go. My CLS 550 command center was on the fritz. Problem is, I was going to be traveling then and requested an accommodation for an earlier appointment because of that. Both Justin and Mike worked on my request and made it happen. I took the car in that day and it was fixed by the next, and they fixed me up with a loaner too. I have found Crown and their employees to always strive to do their best for the customer. I was a 'woman on a mission' to get the right car, right price, and close deal quick. I did not have a lot of time. I had done my research online and called the dealership. He listened and promised to get answers about cars' availability. Car I wanted had a probable buyer, but the vehicle I was interested in does not stay on inventory long, and I was not surprised to find seriously interested buyer already there. Grady stayed on the case for my car...when the other interested buyer dropped out, Grady called and I ran over to see it. Grady had car waiting for me in front of dealership. I drove over 60 miles to see this car, and I was prepared with financing approval. Grady was very helpful, thorough, and his stewardship of my purchase was spot-on, time responsive, and he coordinated all the steps to get me out the door that same day. Normally I do not write reviews unless I have either had an amazing experience which is usually not the case. I started working with this dealership through a referral last fall. I purchased my first Merced an amazing experience which is usually not the case. I started working with this dealership through a referral last fall. I purchased my first Mercedes Benz GLK and we love it. Recently we decided a few months ago that we should add one additional car for our family since our children are beginning to drive. We called Cj and then stopped by after a few calls and texts back and forth because he had the perfect car for us in the price range we needed come in. I did not know it at first, but his manager Tom worked hard to find it for us. Needless to say we trusted Cj and Crown that we came in briefly looked at it and went on a short drive. The price had already been negotiated and we were running late to our daughters practice and still made it on time. My wife and I tell everyone about Crown and how you are treated like a friend or family member. While we were waiting we talked with Tom about our dogs and connected on areas that we had all lived at one point. Each of our visits whether it be in sales or service have been great. If you are looking for a great place to feel like more then an in and out "number" after you sign then you definitely have to visit this dealership.
