Matt Frazier is a superlative sales professional. He did what salespeople at other dealers seemed unwilling to do, he worked hard, very hard to make me the very proud owner of a new Mercedes. When I inquired of other dealers, before I luckily encontered Matt , "no we have none of those" was the common response. A simple email to Crown Eurocars, brought Matt to me. I toid him what I wanted and indeed Crown did not have the particular GL 450 which I wanted. But Matt, unlike all the others, said he would see what he could do. That same day he had found exactly what I had so hoped for. We spent several days exchanging phone calls and emails and throughout Matt was quick to respond, and knowledgeable in the information he shared with me. My experience with Matt was the best sales experience I have ever encounterd. Crown gets high praise in this as well. The GL though transported from another dealer just a few days earlier, was breathtakingly beautiful there on the showroom floor yesterday when we took delivery. Matt was of course very skillful in explaining all the features and nuances of the GL and he answered our every question. The other sales staff members present there that day were also all very affable, and kind. Thanks to Matt we are very happy, extremely well satisfied customers of Crown. CJ Rocks! :) Yesterday I initially spoke with CJ on the phone about a used mercedes c300 sport. I knew what I wanted, I know what price I wanted to pay, but I also knew I hated going in to pick out the ca phone about a used mercedes c300 sport. I knew what I wanted, I know what price I wanted to pay, but I also knew I hated going in to pick out the car and such. I told them we could do this over the phone...and instead of hemming and hawing about needing to come in, he LISTENED to me. By 3 pm, we had a deal in place for a NEW c300 (my plan is to buy a used one, but the price was so great, I wanted the new one!) and I went in today to pay for it. CJ had everything set up so I was there around an hour and then I owned the car. It was THAT easy. The only issue that I had was that I wanted to give this car to my husband on Valentine's day. CJ nicely offered to help me get that set up. He is even delivering the car to our house tomorrow-oh his day off! I feel like CJ listened to me and that was really important to me. I also feel like I met a new friend. We got along so well! He just did a great job with applying a bit of pressure (by getting a good deal going) but he never hovered and made me feel like I had to do something I didn't want to. Working with CJ was a joy from beginning to end--and a revelation. I have never experienced any sales opportunity where a salesman consistently anticipated not only my questions but my needs and desires; revelation. I have never experienced any sales opportunity where a salesman consistently anticipated not only my questions but my needs and desires; being near CJ is like having a genie in a bottle. He is extraordinarily accommodating, making himself available to help in any way, including answering boneheaded questions from me, at night or on weekends. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction, knowing the car inside out, even thought it's a somewhat unusual model, and understanding the complications of financing. I generally hate buying a new car, and do it reluctantly, because the process is generally so unpleasant. But spending the necessary time with CJ was a joy. He is really lovely company--clever, quick, polite without being stodgy, and slightly saucy without ever being inappropriate. I'm ready to invite him over for dinner. I can't imagine a better representative for the brand. It needs to be said that the other members of the sales team my husband and I met at Crown Eurocars were impressively friendly and helpful. Since we just bought the car, we haven't had a chance to experience the various aspects of service, but I am confident that we will be well taken care of and more than satisfied. More

I bought a used car from Andrew back in November.
