After 2 of my family members purchasing cars here - I caved in and went in and talked to them. I say this because I rarely purchase a new car and I hardly ever go to a dealership for my preowned purchase caved in and went in and talked to them. After witnessing the wonderful job both CJ did with my father's new purchase - compared to the "other" Mercedes dealership in town - I gave CJ my parameters and he had, Tom Sands, one of his managers get to work on finding me a great deal on a lightly used high end vehicle. After about a week and a half they found me one the vehicles within my parameters and for a great price. No high pressure sales, great communicaton, and they were very forthright with me. They had found me a vehicle in the first week and decided not to sell to me after finding issues with the all wheel drive system. Honesty, integrity and great communication has been laid as a foundation between myself and this team at Crown Euro Cars! Ill definently be shopping there again and sending my referrals to see CJ Sexton and Tom Sands at Crown! Thanks again guys!!! More

He's such a friendly person and his customer service skills is amazing!!He really knows his cars and cares about his customers as if they were family. He makes sure his customers are always happy even after one year after purchasing my car. I had an experience, where I had a minor scratch on my new car, he came out and fixed it on a Saturday afternoon without me having to go through the hassle of Service or having to take my car to an Auto body shop to pay $$ for something that took him 5 mins to fix!
