When I got there the next day my new truck was waiting right in front, the dealer installed options were installed. I went in and I have to say I was driving home in a little over 30 minutes. All paperwork was done, no dealing with a finance person, no talking to an after sales person, just one man, Lee. I have to say, this is how car buying should be. Thank you Crown Ford and Lee. More

During this meeting I sighed a purchase order and agreed to pay MSRP for the car,. The car arrived at the dealership 8 months later and Crown ford wanted 5,000 over MSPR. They knew my tax credit was tied to this car’s VIN and after waiting 8 months for the car I had no alternatives. The lied to me, broke our contract and extorted money from me. I will never buy another car from this dealership again. More
