Not happy at all. They had to keep my truck for a few days due to a recall. They rented me a car with no insurance. They wanted me to put the car under my insurance co They had to keep my truck for a few days due to a recall. They rented me a car with no insurance. They wanted me to put the car under my insurance company. I insured the car through the rental company and now they do not want to pay for the insurance of $ 47.96. Why should I have to use my insurance? What if my insurance didn't cover rentals? They just brushed it off like it was no big deal - just put it under your insurance. Now for the service. I brought my Ford F150 in for an oil change, tire rotation, and two recalls. Needless to say, they did not rotate my tires, and the low tire pressure sensor went off on my way home. Did they really perform this service? I paid for it. I'm wondering if they even changed the oil. So I called the service department, spoke with Gary, and he told me to bring the truck in to have the tires rotated. I told him I would bring it in on Saturday. He informed me they are closed on Saturday. I work M-F. So now I have to take the time out of my day to go and have the work they did not do, to begin with, performed. The customer experience was horrible at this dealership. I would not use them again. Thank you More

He is a no nonsense man, worked a deal over the phone, I offered a deposit by phone, he said a verbal handshake was all he needed. When I got there the next day my new truck was waiting right in front, the dealer installed options were installed. I went in and I have to say I was driving home in a little over 30 minutes. All paperwork was done, no dealing with a finance person, no talking to an after sales person, just one man, Lee. I have to say, this is how car buying should be. Thank you Crown Ford and Lee. More
