During this meeting I sighed a purchase order and agreed to pay MSRP for the car,. The car arrived at the dealership 8 months later and Crown ford wanted 5,000 over MSPR. They knew my tax credit was tied to this car’s VIN and after waiting 8 months for the car I had no alternatives. The lied to me, broke our contract and extorted money from me. I will never buy another car from this dealership again. More

The service department was a huge disappointment. Not only did they keep my car all day and not do any of the SAFETY recalls.
