We went in looking for a specific car and Rafael showed us multiple comprable options. We ended up going with another car he recommended with much more options that Rafael was able to negotiate for a similar price. After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

Disgusted - Great First Impressions are Key

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
