I’ve bought my first Cadillac in 2001, at this dealership, and it’s still my favorite dealership , everyone greets me by name, it doesn’t matter if it’s sales or repairs !! Beware, this dealership is very sketchy and has very bad customer service. I scheduled to see an SUV they had posted online and the day I tell them I was coming to see the vehicle they told me the vehicle w customer service. I scheduled to see an SUV they had posted online and the day I tell them I was coming to see the vehicle they told me the vehicle wasn’t available because the owner randomly decided to drive it. The next day they tell me to come back to see the vehicle and literally 10mins before I arrive they tell me the vehicle was sold. Knowing that I was traveling long distance (2.5hrs) to see the car. Be careful with these guys! More

I had already signed a lease for a Lincoln Nautilus and was going to take delivery in 4 days. My wife suggested we stop by Crown just to look. I wasn't very pleasant to Kevin and was a little curt with was going to take delivery in 4 days. My wife suggested we stop by Crown just to look. I wasn't very pleasant to Kevin and was a little curt with him but he was great and informative. We took a test ride and asked about colors. On our ride home we decided the XT6 was a better fit for us. I called Kevin later to confirm the deal. More
