Terrible service, dishonest service adviser said his name John I am not sure about his name , but I am sure he hate his management and this place , he treated us inappropriately and unprofessionally, he name John I am not sure about his name , but I am sure he hate his management and this place , he treated us inappropriately and unprofessionally, he is works very hard for client not to come back to this place . They diagnosed the car and they said we don’t know what’s going on , we can’t figure out but they charge me for doing nothing. I own transportation company with 6 Escalade I will never bring any car ti this place and definitely I will put the word out to other companies we work together about my experience in this place . Also a letter will be sent to the Cadillac manufacturer. More
