It was my first service visit to Crown and it went well. Mr Friedman explained everything to me and I was able to wait and return to work that day on time. The only complaint I have would not be about Mr. Friedman. It's the free car wash. Each time I have been to Crown, there is too much of a delay with car washing. Even though Mr. Friedman set it up to be washed, it took too long and subsequently I decided not to wait. I would take it to my local car-wash instead. Other than that, my relationship with Crown is great. I also had occasion to stop and speak with Ron Kramer, "my sales consultant," who explained the process necessary to purchase my lease vehicle. He has always been helpful and supportive. The team makes me feel "special." I hope they keep up the good work. More

Freddy Baez keeps track of what needs to be done with my car. He schedules my appointments at my convenience. When I come in, he always accompanies me to the waiting room and makes sure that I am comfortabl car. He schedules my appointments at my convenience. Since it was a 25,000 mile check up and a few other things that needed to be done, it was going to take a few hours. He offered to give me a loner car, but I opted to wait. Freddy came back several times to let me know the status of the work and to see if I needed anything. When the work was completed, Freddy went over everything to make sure I was informed and satisfied. While I was waiting, my sales associate, John Restivo came by to say hello. Crown Cadillac is so accommodating and attentive to customers. Everyone is friendly and does their very best to make sure customers are a top priority. I would never even consider going anywhere else to service or purchase a car. I feel very confident that when I recommend Crown Cadillac to people, they will be well taken care of. More
I bought a used car from Crown Cadillac. When I test drove the car everything seemed fine. The sales associate was very attentive and promised to take care of the few minor problems with the car before drove the car everything seemed fine. When we came to pick up the car, the problems were not taken care of. However, we were promised that when the license plate came in, the problems with the care would be taken care of since they were mainly cosmetic. Instead they mailed the plate to me. When I called we set up a time for me to bring in the car. They said that they would paint the scratches that happened in between the time we looked at the car and when we picked it up, and they would replace the wheel lock since they did not have a key for it. When I was called to come pick up the car, I was informed that they didn't replace the wheel lock, instead they took it off, leaving my rear tire open to theft. Also they didn't paint the scratches because they didn't have the appropriate paint color and it would take another 4-7 days for it to come in. I found this to be extremely unacceptable because they sold me the car so they had all the information they would need to get the right color, and they knew when I was coming in. When I voiced my complaints with the service manager, I got very non-commital answers and was patronized. I left with them saying that they would put a new wheel lock on but that they would only touch-up the scratches, because I bought the car "as-is", which isn't true. During this time I found out that they had rigged my converitble top so that it would appear to close properly, but once I put it down I realized that it would never go back up correctly. They were rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend them to anyone, in fact I would warn prospective buyers away from them. The only reason I will be going back to them is because I bought the car there so they are doing these services for free. DO NOT patronize Crown Cadillac. More
Crown is a very competent dealership with personnel who are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My recent visit for service was on an emergency basis. My Esdalade failed to start, just when my wife and I were scheduled for a Get-A-Way Weekend. I called and spoke to your Service Advisr Freddy Baez. My Esdalade failed to start, just when my wife and I were scheduled for a Get-A-Way Weekend. I called and spoke to your Service Advisr Freddy Baez. I advised Freddy of my plight and he immediatly advised me to come in so that you could diagnois the problem. Sufficed to say, we were on the road in less then an hour and on our way. Although, we experienced an unexpeted expense, it was worth the peace of mind and therefore in this instance the cost for the peace was priceless. Good Save!!! Crown Cadillac is where I purchased my SRX and is local enough for me to bring my vehicle there. Fabio is my salesperson and has always been available for me during the sale and after the sale. I prefer Bill Friedman in your service department because he listens and responds appropriately. I asked to have my car washed and the interior vacuumed and was advised that was not part of the washing car service (Bill did not tell me this). However, the interior of my SRX WAS vacuumed and I assume Bill made that happen. More
