I heard about the dealership just from driving by and I decided to go in and look for a used CTS. After discussing price with the salesman and not being able to make a deal I left. The salesman did not see decided to go in and look for a used CTS. After discussing price with the salesman and not being able to make a deal I left. The salesman did not seem very knowledgeable about the car which was a turn off for me. Later I received a phone call from a well spoken GM-Jeff who was willing to work hard to put a deal together. Although I didn't purchases a car here (i had already found one) I would recommend to friends to go see the new GM if they are looking to buy a cadillac. More

Andy,my dedicated salesperson, flawlessly coordina have an H2 Hummer. This is my first experience with Crown Service (the H2) and it was exceptional.
