From the moment I enter the Crown Cadillac Service Department I feel special. They always remember your name and have your favorite loaner car and color waiting for you. I heard about the dealership just from driving by and I decided to go in and look for a used CTS. After discussing price with the salesman and not being able to make a deal I left. Although I didn't purchases a car here (i had already found one) I would recommend to friends to go see the new GM if they are looking to buy a cadillac. More
