When I arrived for my service appointment, I was greeted by Bill who advised my of all of the service bulletins issued for my vehicle. Since it would take a few hours, I was offered a loaner vehicle right by Bill who advised my of all of the service bulletins issued for my vehicle. Since it would take a few hours, I was offered a loaner vehicle right away to use for the day. I was also given a free tank of gas and a $50 gift card from Cadilliac because of the inconvenience. So far, I like the new Crown Cadilliac! More

went in on a saturday morning for routine oil change . they were very good about getting the car in and starting the work which is great since my 15 month son was with me . they also did multi point inspe they were very good about getting the car in and starting the work which is great since my 15 month son was with me . they also did multi point inspection , the couple of items they found werent safety items so they advised not pushed , i like that i hate someone pressuring me. great job will go back again More

This was the first time I had been to this dealership and experienced their service dept. What a positive experience. I was met by the dealer himself who personally took me into the service area and assist experienced their service dept. What a positive experience. I was met by the dealer himself who personally took me into the service area and assisted in getting my Escalade checked in for scheduled maintenance. I was going to have my wife pick me up but they saw me admiring a new xts Platinum. I was very impressed with the car. I'll be working my wife to trade in her 2006 Mercedes s class, at a fraction of the price and with the features it comes with I'd rather have the xts in my driveway. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, plus coming from someone who has 3 Mercedes in the driveway I would recommend they look at the new Cadillac before they buy their next car and pay more for less. I went in to detail my 2011 SRX and I figured jokingly let me see if I can just get a new car. So I walked in the show room and there was Ron whom I never meet before he said "Hi how can I help you today" let me see if I can just get a new car. So I walked in the show room and there was Ron whom I never meet before he said "Hi how can I help you today" I said wanna get out of my lease and into a new ATS he "Ok no problem lets get you into a new car today" and that's what he did. He made everything so easy I couldn't believe I was getting a new car so fast. I recommend him 100% the whole Crown Cadillac team are first class. More
