John was very accommodating. He was able to provide me with a loaner car since my car repair was going to take most of the day. This was the first time I had been to this dealership and experienced their service dept. What a positive experience. I was met by the dealer himself who personally took me into the service area and assist experienced their service dept. What a positive experience. I was going to have my wife pick me up but they saw me admiring a new xts Platinum. I was very impressed with the car. I'll be working my wife to trade in her 2006 Mercedes s class, at a fraction of the price and with the features it comes with I'd rather have the xts in my driveway. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, plus coming from someone who has 3 Mercedes in the driveway I would recommend they look at the new Cadillac before they buy their next car and pay more for less. I went in to detail my 2011 SRX and I figured jokingly let me see if I can just get a new car. So I walked in the show room and there was Ron whom I never meet before he said "Hi how can I help you today" let me see if I can just get a new car. So I walked in the show room and there was Ron whom I never meet before he said "Hi how can I help you today" I said wanna get out of my lease and into a new ATS he "Ok no problem lets get you into a new car today" and that's what he did. He made everything so easy I couldn't believe I was getting a new car so fast. I recommend him 100% the whole Crown Cadillac team are first class. More

Overall, I find the Crown Cadillac Service department to be rather disappointing. I will say the dealership markets their service capabilities well, as I get frequent advertisements regarding check-ups a be rather disappointing. I will say the dealership markets their service capabilities well, as I get frequent advertisements regarding check-ups and services that will help me "avoid" costly future repairs. Their service reps, smile and say "yes sir" and "no sir" at all the right times, though they don't always seem to know their product as well as I think they should. For example; you can't rotate the tires on a 2005 SRX, they are different sizes front and back and have a unidirectional tread patterns so left to right is also not an option, so please don't tell me that tire rotation is part of the service - it lessens my confidence in you as a Cadillac subject matter expert. As part of my most recent service, which came with a price tag of more than $3500 to replace worn items on my impeccably maintained and serviced car with 75K miles - motor mounts, leaking rear bushing seal, emission service (adding a pint of additive for $165 bucks) etc., I also included the suggested "transmission flush service". Unfortunately, even after claims my vehicle was properly road tested, my wife managed to drive a half a mile from the dealer before the all the transmission fluid leaked out and the car had to be towed back to the dealer. Of minor note, but something you just assume will be taken care of, even after "reattaching the transmission hose", the service "technician" didn't bother to reset the "transmission fluid life" indicator on the DIC. C'mon... Crown has apologized. I've asked for a letter indicating that they will assume their share of responsibility for any future transmission problem based upon their negligence. Though I was assured I'd receive this, I haven't heard back from them on that yet. So, major bad + minor bad + reasonable yet unfulfilled expectation that a $3500 service would be given the proper attention = DISAPPOINTING experience. I hope that if you choose Crown service, your service is better. More
