The service I have received from Crown Cadillac of Watchung, NJ has been exceptional. I am not at all satisfied with Crown. In August 2012, I am not at all satisfied with Crown. In August 2012, I negotiated with Andy to buy a 2013 XTS. Crown was not the best price, however, Andy told I am not at all satisfied with Crown. In August 2012, I negotiated with Andy to buy a 2013 XTS. Crown was not the best price, however, Andy told me any time I came for service, I would be offered a loaner car and my car would be washed. Not true. When I came in for service last week, Freddy Baez said I did not qualify for a loaner car because he estimated my service would take approx. 1 1/2 hours. Any service less than 2 hours does not qualify for a loaner car. When the service was completed, I drove my car out of Crown. It was then I realized the interior was not cleaned. I emailed Freddy and he told me that I did not ask to have the interior cleaned, therefore, only the exterior was cleaned. Part of the service was rotation of tires. I am surprised I did not have to specify left side AND right side ! I am not at all satisfied with Crown. More
I've leased and owned high-end foreign automobiles for three decades now and have come to expect a certain level of overall customer satisfaction when having vehicle serviced. I though Lexus offered for three decades now and have come to expect a certain level of overall customer satisfaction when having vehicle serviced. I though Lexus offered the singularly best brand of customer service of all. Crown Cadillac is right there with the best of them in terms of personnel, friendliness and effectiveness. More
Waited 4.5 hours on a Saturday for an oil change. The car was returned filthy and unwashed, the excuse was they were understaffed and did not have time to wash it. No window sticker telling me when the next oil change was due. THEN when I got home I noticed on the paperwork, they put REGULAR OIL in when my vehicle requires SYNTHETIC. I take it here and pay the extra money to avoid this type of mistake. When I brought it back Monday, they blamed it on me, told me it is my job to double check their work and still charged me for a synthetic oil change... Bottom line, even though I live two minutes away. I can't go back. As long as I have this car, I will drive to Totawa and let Brogan service it. We were considering a Cadillac for my wife's next vehicle, now we are not. More
I have always had a pleasant experience when I bring my Escalade in for service. This was another exceptional visit. I always wait while my car is being serviced. I like making an appointment,. In a reasonable amount of time, my car ready. The service ends with a car wash. Bill Friedman is my service advisor and is an excellent advisor. He keeps me posted on what the findings are if I have concerns about the performance or appearance of my car. If the problem is not covered, he advises me of the price and gets my o.k. before making the repair. There are no surprises at the time to checkout. I must mention that there are two waiting rooms with televisions with DirecTV service. The waiting rooms and bathrooms are always very clean-- thanks to the gentleman who is constantly doing housekeeping. In one of the waiting rooms, complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are available. I am very comfortable and pleased with Crown's service. Everyone is pleasant, including the clerical staff in service and the sales staff when I browse around the showroom. More

This dealer goes way out of it's way to satisfy customer. It has a fleet of new cars to lend to customers during warranty repairs, performs a terrific job, and on addition will wash and details the customer. When the car leaves the dealer, it feels and looks like a brand new car. All employs at this dealer are extreamly corteous, ready to answer any questions one may have, making you feel like one of their best customers. When I arrived for my service appointment, I was greeted by Bill who advised my of all of the service bulletins issued for my vehicle. Since it would take a few hours, I was offered a loaner vehicle right by Bill who advised my of all of the service bulletins issued for my vehicle. Since it would take a few hours, I was offered a loaner vehicle right away to use for the day. I was also given a free tank of gas and a $50 gift card from Cadilliac because of the inconvenience. So far, I like the new Crown Cadilliac! More
