Freddy did an outstanding job accomoditing my urgency to repair the damaged tires on my ATS Cadillac. I was not able to get my e-mail last Saturday because we were out of town that weekend. As soon as I opened my e-mail, I saw the reply that I was scheduled for Monday service as I requested.
