I would highly recommend Crown Automotive Collision Center! I was positively impressed on many levels: Mike Lukas surveyed the damage to my car, explained exactly what needed to be done, how long my car need I was positively impressed on many levels: Mike Lukas surveyed the damage to my car, explained exactly what needed to be done, how long my car needed to be in the shop for the repair and quickly prepared the estimate. Scheduling a convenient time for the repair was easily done. Upon completion, my car looked like new and the estimate Mike prepared was completely accurate. No surprises. No hidden charges. More

Very poor customer service At this point I would not recommend this service center based on the poor customer service I received. The level of service I received from Keith Dull At this point I would not recommend this service center based on the poor customer service I received. The level of service I received from Keith Dull was unacceptable. I bought my vehicle in to a have part replaced. The appointment was scheduled a week in advanced and the day of the appointment I was told that the part was not ordered after I dropped my vehicle off. They did get the part for my vehicle in the late afternoon. I had made arrangement with the collision center to get a ride back to the collision center; needless to say they left me stranded. On top of that when I got home and went to remove the paper floor they had placed inside of my car I notice damage on the rubber seal of the door. Extremely disappointed. More

Keith Dull is no SLACKER!!! My car, a 2013 Honda Cross Tour, is 4 payments away from being paid off. I have taken great care of this car as it will soon be "my" car. No More Ca My car, a 2013 Honda Cross Tour, is 4 payments away from being paid off. I have taken great care of this car as it will soon be "my" car. No More Car Payments! Then Irma hit! A tree landed on the rear end of "my" car. I was devastated. Then Keith came along. He assured me that he would take care of "my" BABY! That's what I call her... He (Keith) kept me in the loop when the adjuster came to go over all the repairs and He (Keith) told the adjuster what HE needed to repair my "BABY" back to original condition. He e-mailed me and informed me that the original estimate had been increased to cover all the damage. He also informed me exactly what He found and how He was going to fix it and how long it would take. No guessing games here, as I was in a rental car until it was fixed. I felt reassured again, that my "BABY" was being taken care of, as if it were the only car under his care. I got my "BABY" back this past Friday and I have never been more happy to be back behind the wheel of "my" BABY. I keep repeating her name because this car is the best car I have ever owned and ... hello ... it's almost paid off. More
