Awful experience. Buyer beware My Honda CR-Z was side swiped on the driver side and had 4,200k worth of damage. I took my car here because it’s a Honda shop and it had good reviews. My Honda CR-Z was side swiped on the driver side and had 4,200k worth of damage. I took my car here because it’s a Honda shop and it had good reviews. I know now those reviews are fake. Ive had nothing but trouble with these people. They were suppose to fix it in 5 days. I would get a call every 3 days telling me it’d be ready the next day. Which it never was. It took two weeks for my car to be fixed! And they still didn’t fix it, a fog light which was clearly visible needed to be replaced and it wasn’t. So I had to take my car back again they couldn’t fix it for another week. Just terrible from top to bottom. When i brought the light their attention they acted like i was making it, and it acted like it was a inconvenience to them after paying them over 4K. I don’t know if it’s because they are incompetent or both but I completely regret dealing with these people. They never return calls, lie about service and dates, you have to stay on top of them to make sure they do there jobs. Buyer beware this is a chop shop who will steal your time and money. More

I was in a fender bender, and the person who hit me was covering the repairs through his insurance. Frank was more than thorough in his estimate - in fact he noticed something that I didn't even notice that was a result of the fender bender. His price was actually less than the price the insurance adjustor quoted, so that in itself made me realize Crown was an honest collision center. I had a slight glitch with Frank, however I am still giving him 5 stars because he was very honest and professional and handled it all properly. I also spoke with Mike Elliott and he offered 5 star service as well. I've been a customer of Crown Eurocars for many years, so I naturally went to Crown Collision in this instance, and it offered the same family type feeling that I get at Crown Eurocars... In these somewhat abrasive times, I feel that Crown has and continues to earn my loyalty. More

Even when my insurance wouldn't extend my rental, she took care of it so I wouldn't have to pay out of Michelle T went above and beyond for my repair. Chuck Stickney really took great care of us . EXCELLANT!
