Great Service It's never fun when it time to have some auto repairs. Crown Collision was excellent! Customer Beware The job that was supposed to take 1 week took 6 weeks, literally. Finally got the car back. Still have swirl marks from polishing. Both fenders nee The job that was supposed to take 1 week took 6 weeks, literally. Finally got the car back. Still have swirl marks from polishing. Both fenders need additional paint work. There are multiple scuff marks on the car that were not there when we dropped it off. The day after we got the car back, our 1.5 year old battery died and had to be replaced. Then we realized that the the driver side mirror was not working. There are loose parts or tools inside the hood that make noise, obviously from the repair. There was sanding paper, rubber gloves, etc in the engine compartment. They sent me to Crown Service, where they determined that one of the door wires had been cut when the doors were removed/put back on. This was a partial warranty situation. Luckily they gave me my portion of the money back. I guess I'll have to use it to have another body shop fix Crown's mistakes. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. More

However service is still the Most Important big picture of the consumers experience. As an V.P. from a Key Retailer I experienced first hand the staff at the Crown Collision Center. I was impressed that they were extremely attentive to myself and every customer that came in or called in.. They are interacted with one another with professionalism and working positively as a team. Phyllis Doctor was the service advisor that attended to me. Extremely personable , patient and explained all the details they were going to do for my wife's car that I purchased for her. I waited in the waiting room, they told me where I could obtain water and coffee as well as the bathrooms prior to sitting. I experienced everyone there in action and was impressed how they all worked together as a team to assist to every customers needs. And I saw many customers first hand and calling in as well. Even the Rental associate on staff was extremely helpful to his customers. I would definitely recommend Crown Collision service team to take care of any repairs one needs.
