I returned to the collision center and was told that the bracket was on upside down and the old frame, which was damaged, was reused....shame! More

This time it was when I reversed ou In the words of Brittany Spears "oops I did it again" on Monday I caught the underside of my MB C300 front bumper. This time it was when I reversed out of my drive, I heard a grating sound and knew straight away what had happened. Like the time in 2016 the bumper was pulled on the driver side. Took my car to Crown Collision Center at 4.00 pm to get an estimate. I met with Chuck Stickney he asked if I could wait as they would do it straight away. This time unfortunately the under tray was beyond repair. Chuck gave me an estimate and the cost of a new under tray. He ordered a replacement that afternoon which was fitted today (Thursday 3/29/18), the total cost was reasonable for a M-B vehicle. Like in 2016 I have nothing but the highest praise for Chuck and the staff at the Collision center. True to Chuck's word the overall repair from removing the damaged under tray to installing the replacement was completed in one hour. New car crack up I didn’t even have 4,000 miles on my new car when I got into an accident. Excellent customer service and work! I caught my front bumper on a parking stop and had to have it repaired. The MB dealer sent me to the Collision Center where they made a temporary fix I caught my front bumper on a parking stop and had to have it repaired. The MB dealer sent me to the Collision Center where they made a temporary fix until they could get a needed part. The repairs were made with no extra waiting time at a cost less than the estimate! (They're also dog-friendly). More
