My Mercedes looks brand new ( as it should since it was brand new at the time of the collision). Tatijana my customer support representative was also great helping in keeping after the adjuster and documenting at the calls and concerns. I recommend Crown Automotive Collision Center without reservations and am glad the Mercedes dealership suggested using them . More
Took 4 months to complete repair I brought my Mercedes [purchased from Crown Eurocars, my 10th since 1986 at Crown Eurocarrs] to Crown Collision after an accident on October 6th 2017. I brought my Mercedes [purchased from Crown Eurocars, my 10th since 1986 at Crown Eurocarrs] to Crown Collision after an accident on October 6th 2017. I did not receive my car back until Feb 2018. In the many phone calls regarding why it was taking so long, they first blamed my insurance company [State Farm] for "not authorizing certain repairs." Later , 2 employees admitted that they had "lost" my car, and "didn't know that it was waiting for me to do anything with it." In the end, they returned my car the first week of Feb 2018, waiving my $50 copay [per my insurance policy] "because we took so long to repair it." Now, nearly 5 months later, after not having heard ANYTHING from then since the first week of Feb , earlier this year, nearly 5 months ago; I [on 6/29/18] received a certified letter from Crown Collision Center, stating : "Please send us your payment of $2,692.00 for the OVERDUE bill WITHIN 5 DAYS, so that we do not have to TURN YOUR ACCOUNT OVER TO OUR ATTORNEYS." Upon calling Crown Collision Center that same day, 6/29/18, they admitted that they NEVER yet sent me a bill, and that my insurance denied that amount of the claim, because they had left the car for several months, without emptying the gas tank, and that there was some secondary gas tank damage that State Farm felt was the responsibility of Crown, for their delay. Crown today asserted that this delay was , indeed, the source of the gas tank problem, but that it was MY FAULT for not having put more gas in the car since they received it after the accident; even though they had it sequestered for 4 months. I perceive this to be a strong arm tactic to illegally attempt to get me to pay the difference that State Farm did not cover [appropriate on the part of State Farm.] They are stating that this gas tank problem was "beyond their control" due to their delay of 4 months, and that I should pay for this charge that I never heard of until 6/29/18. Therefore, I will be reporting Crown Collision Center to the Better Business Bureau, and the State of Florida Insurance Commission. More

I received a deadline that my rear bumper would be repaired within an estimated time frame and it was. I was more impressed because my car was washed and the interior was cleaned as well. Hit my left outside mirror Frank was very helpful. He assessed the damage, cleaned of the yellow paint from the publix garage and ordered the one broken part. The mirror was able to be used with the broken part. He even rubbed out a scratch on my door. That was so nice. I hope I don’t ever need to bring my new car here due to an accident but if it happens, this is a great place for service. More
LOOKED VERY MINOR but Headlights both looked fine but replaced because of cracks on the back side, bumper damage looked very minor but things like the impact bar and energy Headlights both looked fine but replaced because of cracks on the back side, bumper damage looked very minor but things like the impact bar and energy absorb-er did not far so well, these are all things that were broke that the eye could not see unless it was taken apart. I thank Crown for this service and for a job well down. More
