Super Service I was sick to my stomach when a planter fell over in the garage and dented my new Audi S5. No matter how many times I called or questions that I had, Steve, seemed eager to answer them and made me feel that he truly cared about me and the excellent service Crown would provide. He took the time to explain to me certain issues along the way. This made me feel more comfortable. He also understood my anxieties. After I got my car back you could not determine where the damage had occurred. The car was repaired in the time frame he promised. More

Hondai front end damage Brought the car in for an estimate on Friday. Keith Dull was the estimator. Friendly, easy to talk to and joke with. The parts were ordered for Tuesday. During the Tuesday installation process, Keith called and informed us of some hidden damage that wasn't visible until the damaged bumper was removed. We agreed to the price. The parts were installed, painted, car cleaned and we picked up Wednesday. Done ahead of time, and priced at the estimate. Keith was at the pick up to answer our questions. In addition to Keith being an outstanding Crown representative, the young lady who is the receptionist is also excellent. A real people person. More

Excellent Care & Service at Crown Collision Center My 19 year old daughter & I had just moved to Largo, FL last month and purchased a Honda Fit for my daughter to drive to her job and to college classe My 19 year old daughter & I had just moved to Largo, FL last month and purchased a Honda Fit for my daughter to drive to her job and to college classes. It was her first car. On her first day of work with less than a hundred miles on the Fit, she was hit by another driver who failed to check her blind spot before changing lanes. My daughter was not at fault but she was inconsolable when she saw the damage to her brand new car. Not knowing anyone in Florida, I decided to call Honda to see if they could do the repair on the car. The dealership put me in touch with Crown Collision. When I phoned Crown Collision, Chuck Stickney answered the phone and I couldn't have asked for a better estimator or more caring person. Chuck was so sympathetic towards us and offered immediate assistance. He helped us understand the process of working with the insurance company and promised us he'd do his best to make the Fit look like new again. He phoned us during the time our car was being worked on with updates, was responsive to and patient with our many questions, and was reassuring every step of the way. When I picked up the car, I couldn't believe how great it looked! Chuck kept his promise. He made our Fit look like it did the day we bought it. I was also impressed that Chuck arranged to have the car parked in the shade the afternoon I was scheduled to pick it up so that it wouldn't be so intolerably hot when I got it in to drive it home, and then, once I was in it, I was thrilled to discover he arranged to have it spotlessly cleaned on the inside. Chuck's departing words to me were, "Have your daughter call me if she has any trouble at all with the car ... " My daughter & I felt Chuck went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us. Five stars for Chuck and Crown Collision Center!!! More

Spoke with Steve, he said to get the car in ASAP so splatters don't cure on to the finish. He got me in that afternoon. Steve brought Robert out to consult. They said it looked like an aerosol paint can explosion. Robert took the car to test a couple of remedies and see what worked best. He had the job finished (and the car washed) in about 45 minutes. While waiting, I noticed Steve had a nice demeanor with customers. We discussed this a bit and he said, [Our customers are not in the best of situations, we try to make it easier for them]. Had a good feeling about this place. More
