Brandi made sure that the concern was about me and not the dollar of the business. No "Snake in the Grass" salesman from Brandi Emory. I could not be happier with her professionalism. After the sell was complete, she reached out to make sure that I still had a smile on my face and truly loved my new vehicle. Just in time Dropped off my truck that died on me on saturday, explained I am a soldier from Louisiana here for school and that I need to drive to Texas the next F Dropped off my truck that died on me on saturday, explained I am a soldier from Louisiana here for school and that I need to drive to Texas the next Friday for a follow on Army school. The service department would not bring my truck in to thoroughly look at it. Thursday at lunch I stopped by to look at the progress, the truck was still sitting in the same spot it had been in for 6 days. Thursday afternoon I had to schedule a flight to get to Texas, make coordination's to store my motorcycle I brought in the bed of my truck with me, and to store excess items I brought with me in my truck that I couldn't bring on a plain. The dealership called me Friday morning at 8:30 am, the day I have leave for Texas, and said we can have it fixed by lunch. It was done at 10:30. I then had to cancel my flight, storage for my bike, and storage for my excess luggage. Would it have been that big of a deal for the dealership to look at a military service member 1,200 miles from home 1 day sooner, 2 days sooner? More

Worst experience of my life. If you value trustworthiness in you car dealer do NOT go here. I had signed a contract and even driven off the lot only to have them change the rates If you value trustworthiness in you car dealer do NOT go here. I had signed a contract and even driven off the lot only to have them change the rates in such a way that I could not agree to it and they took the car back. Then, weeks later deposited the check I had given them for the down payment of the car. Needless to say the original contract i signed didn't require any down payment, i gave them the check to hold until I signed the new contract (which I never did). The csr was turned in voiding the original contract and the check should have been voided or returned. I was not given anything in writing or notified at all this was going to happen. This place is a rip off. They will try and screw you every which way. I have filed a fraud dispute against them. Will never go back there again. Gives car dealerships and salesmen a bad name. More

Willing to go the extra mile I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer and my sales person was Austin Daniels. There was no pressure and I got a good trade in value for the truck I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer and my sales person was Austin Daniels. There was no pressure and I got a good trade in value for the truck I was trading in. A few days later, I knew right away, the Explorer was not for me and I needed to get into a truck, a Ford 150. Both Steve V. (not sure of his full last name) and Austin worked to find me a truck and not get totally lost in money trading in the Explorer for a brand new truck. I ended up getting one right out of the show room and it's everything I could ask for, and then some. I appreciate Austin for the no pressure sales and Steve for going the extra mile. More
