Worst experience of my life. If you value trustworthiness in you car dealer do NOT go here. I had signed a contract and even driven off the lot only to have them change the rates If you value trustworthiness in you car dealer do NOT go here. I had signed a contract and even driven off the lot only to have them change the rates in such a way that I could not agree to it and they took the car back. Then, weeks later deposited the check I had given them for the down payment of the car. Needless to say the original contract i signed didn't require any down payment, i gave them the check to hold until I signed the new contract (which I never did). The csr was turned in voiding the original contract and the check should have been voided or returned. I was not given anything in writing or notified at all this was going to happen. This place is a rip off. They will try and screw you every which way. I have filed a fraud dispute against them. Will never go back there again. Gives car dealerships and salesmen a bad name. More

Willing to go the extra mile I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer and my sales person was Austin Daniels. There was no pressure and I got a good trade in value for the truck I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer and my sales person was Austin Daniels. There was no pressure and I got a good trade in value for the truck I was trading in. A few days later, I knew right away, the Explorer was not for me and I needed to get into a truck, a Ford 150. Both Steve V. (not sure of his full last name) and Austin worked to find me a truck and not get totally lost in money trading in the Explorer for a brand new truck. I ended up getting one right out of the show room and it's everything I could ask for, and then some. I appreciate Austin for the no pressure sales and Steve for going the extra mile. More

Poor Service I brought my 2016 F-150 to the quick lane for an oil change. I also told the service attendant that had a leak in a tire.
