Service We purchased our 2013 Limited Edge from Cross Roads and was very pleased with how the financing was handled. We went in with a monthly payment in mind and found the payment was lower. From that point, Cross Roads Service Department is the only ones that have serviced my Edge. I have gone from Rich to Rick and now Adam is the tech that takes care of me and my Edge. I have had nothing but excellent service. I do have one issue but it has nothing to do with Cross Roads. Shortly after I purchased my Edge, the FORD emblem on the front started to fade and now it's nothing but a silver glob. When I checked into having it replaced, I was told it would be $125.00. I do not feel that it is my responsibility to replace the emblem when it should have been painted correctly when the car came off the assembly line. I have written to Ford before about this but did not receive any kind of response to my complaint. Evidently no one cares. More
