I asked for a tire rotation, I didn't mention tire pressure, but i just assumed it would be checked and matched to what i had them set at. Now, factory pressure is 32, but i have 10 ply tires and run a heavy load at all times (1/2 ton service truck), i keep the frt at 55 and the rr at 65 psi. they rotated and didn't adjust the pressure and apparently didn't even check the pressure. the reason for the 3 star is that i received a nice text message saying, "if there's any thing you need or have questions" you can text to service manager. I texted them back and ask what they set the tire pressure to and they said 32 (which make sense for a "GUESS"). after receiving the reply, i checked the pressure and the frt was at 65 and the rr was at 55, so they didn't use common sense or even ASK me what i run the pressure to at each tire. So, unfortunately, they didn't write it down or check with the tech. It's the small things that really bring you back to auto shops, and i would have been VERY happy with a response of "i'm not sure' or "bring it back around and we'll check pressures". The truth will keep customers, guessing or just not knowing and saying you do will burn bridges! I clicked recommend, because i did like the people and the dealership location, i hope i have a chance to give them another shot at customer service, but i'm not sure. i hate to write reviews like this, because they really were nice people, but i just can't tolerate no being truthful. When we recently needed new tires, I was pleasantly surprised when they beat the online price despite needing to special order for us (comparing their total installed price to on-line + shipping + install,+balance). We went in with a monthly payment in mind and found the payment was lower. From that point, Cross Roads Service Department is the only ones that have serviced my Edge. I have gone from Rich to Rick and now Adam is the tech that takes care of me and my Edge. I have had nothing but excellent service. I do have one issue but it has nothing to do with Cross Roads. Shortly after I purchased my Edge, the FORD emblem on the front started to fade and now it's nothing but a silver glob. When I checked into having it replaced, I was told it would be $125.00. I do not feel that it is my responsibility to replace the emblem when it should have been painted correctly when the car came off the assembly line. I have written to Ford before about this but did not receive any kind of response to my complaint. Evidently no one cares. More

Jackie was phenomenal from my first contact late in the evening to meeting us early the next morning.
