My transmission has already went out on my 2018 Ford Escape. Purchased it with 15 miles on it. Unacceptable the dealership was no help to me. Service Review for 2015 Ford Edge I took my vehicle in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I seemed to be ignored by the 2 ladies at the front desk who were working on their co I took my vehicle in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I seemed to be ignored by the 2 ladies at the front desk who were working on their computers. It would have been helpful if one had at least acknowledged me. I was instantly helped when the male front desk person (Matt) walked in from the garage. They took my vehicle back in a short amount of time and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. However the windshield wiper fluid was not filled up even though it was checked off on the repair slip as being filled. I was in a hurry so I filled it up at home. Hence no 5 star rating. More
