Service dept is awesome. Had to have a transmission rebuild (of course) due to torque convertor on my 2017 Escape. Car was repaired in timely manner after part was received and I was even signed up for notice to let me know when part came in. I may not be happy with this being my 2nd Ford with transmission issues (1st one after having less than 2 yrs brand new), but service dept is always nice. They even got me in for an oil change before I picked my car up. More
