Had major work completed on our Diesel F250 I was very concerned about the extensive work that was needed on our F250 Diesel truck. When we arrived all of the paperwork was ready so there was n I was very concerned about the extensive work that was needed on our F250 Diesel truck. When we arrived all of the paperwork was ready so there was no waiting and it was explained how they complete what they can do on the current vehicles and then ours would be go through the process to see what all would need to be worked on. Once this was completed we received a phone call explaining the work that is necessary along with what is covered with our agreement and what is not covered and we would have to pay out of pocket. So we were told that the parts would be ordered and our truck would be put back on schedule as soon as the parts arrive. Then we were given an expected completion day which was 1 day short of expected. Everything went as expected and we are very happy with the completed work. More

Warranty work done on my 2012 Focus I initially purchased this car from the prior owner of the dealership back in 2011. They do what they said they will do and performed an excellent job in completing the work timely and accurately. I would not take my car to any other dealership. More

i got ripped off..dont take your car here I took my ford focus up to crossroads to be reprogrammed. After speaking to a person named Bayard, and being reassured that this is all it needed, I d I took my ford focus up to crossroads to be reprogrammed. After speaking to a person named Bayard, and being reassured that this is all it needed, I dropped the car off after hrs but filled out the paper work stating not to exceed the amount of 350.00. They had my car for over three weeks and everytime I called, I was told something different...my service guy was busy or wasn't there. So I had to personally go in and talk to him. Then I am told it needed certain modules and he would have to order them. So I waited another week, was told this time it didn't need all the modules I was originally told it did. It only needed one of them which was cheaper, so I waited yet again another week for them to get that module and finish it. Finally, I get a call saying it is finished. I go first thing Monday morning to pick it up and they charge me 1,297.41. I pay for it, they drive it up and I get in it and now I see my airbag light is on. I asked the service man why is my airbag light on, and he says its been on since they first starting working on it which has me so upset cause I know it wasn't on when I dropped it off and the reason I dropped it off in the first place was cause of the transmission malfunction light, which was under warranty, not the airbag light. Now it will not pass nc inspection. The manager I spoke to was ignorant and didn't want to hear my side of the story, he just took the mechanics side. What happened to the customer is always right? So now I'm stuck after paying 1,297.41, a airbag light on now, and a car I can't get inspected. This place is a true rip off, they lie to you and over charge you. If you want honesty, do not take your car here. More
