i got ripped off..dont take your car here I took my ford focus up to crossroads to be reprogrammed. After speaking to a person named Bayard, and being reassured that this is all it needed, I d I took my ford focus up to crossroads to be reprogrammed. After speaking to a person named Bayard, and being reassured that this is all it needed, I dropped the car off after hrs but filled out the paper work stating not to exceed the amount of 350.00. They had my car for over three weeks and everytime I called, I was told something different...my service guy was busy or wasn't there. So I had to personally go in and talk to him. Then I am told it needed certain modules and he would have to order them. So I waited another week, was told this time it didn't need all the modules I was originally told it did. It only needed one of them which was cheaper, so I waited yet again another week for them to get that module and finish it. Finally, I get a call saying it is finished. I go first thing Monday morning to pick it up and they charge me 1,297.41. I pay for it, they drive it up and I get in it and now I see my airbag light is on. I asked the service man why is my airbag light on, and he says its been on since they first starting working on it which has me so upset cause I know it wasn't on when I dropped it off and the reason I dropped it off in the first place was cause of the transmission malfunction light, which was under warranty, not the airbag light. Now it will not pass nc inspection. The manager I spoke to was ignorant and didn't want to hear my side of the story, he just took the mechanics side. What happened to the customer is always right? So now I'm stuck after paying 1,297.41, a airbag light on now, and a car I can't get inspected. This place is a true rip off, they lie to you and over charge you. If you want honesty, do not take your car here. More

The sales person I had was Brandon Williams. He was absolutely amazing. He was super patient with me as I am very picky and don't know what kind of car I like or want.
