After receiving information in the mail from Crossroads Ford,I went to visit and made the decision to trade my 2008 Ford Focus, which a purchased at Dale Jarret Ford in 2008, for a 2012 Ford Fusion. I received a great price for my trade-in and after the rebates and 1.9% interest with Ford Motor Company, I feel like a got a great deal. I never once felt pressure from the two sales people Lisa Burch or Doug Benson, to make the big decision to purchase a new vehicle. They were very helpful. The process is a little too long. I know you have to wait in line for the financing, but we were there a little over 5 hours. We get hungry.
